Honestly, I'm only giving 2 stars because the workers are great. As far as the hotel itself, it's the worst place I've ever stayed, and that's from someone who literally lives on the road...hotels are my life. It started with them not having our rooms ready when we flew in. Then 90% of the rooms in the whole place had broken a/c units, leaving them super hot as they offered box fans. None of the ice machines work. Workers have to come out of their pockets to go buy bags of ice for the guests. It is really sad that employees care more for the guests than the owners. You want the money but refuse to invest back into your business. There are fire alarms going off and blaring loudly all through the night, leaving us with little sleep to have to work full 10 hour construction shifts which is a safety hazard. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND UNEXCEPTABLE. We are leaving to another hotel. Get it together or get out of the business. ????

If your ever in Wellington pr passing by just stay in fort Collins this place is literally under construction currently to this date of 08/9/2023 still being worked on its a quality inn now and the quality sucks the ice machine don't work most rooms don't have AC and are hot as heck and to top it off the fore alarm rings at 3 I'm the morning 5 in the morning 6 in the morning and 9 pm and the owners have yet to fix this I'm laying I'm bed writing this at 3:19 am due to a broken fire alarm keeping me up and my room being hotter than it is outside although I have even sent the unit in my room to suck the outside air in since that is the only working setting on it plus the ac unit is hidden behind 2 large and thick curtains that block acces to air flow into the room and the top of the machine is poorly insulated so of course is heating up and struggling to put out cols air but is managing to put out plenty of warm air the only work around I was able to receive was a box fan given to my room from the front desk attendant when I asked to change rooms they said the other rooms were going to be the same since the whole buildings under construction the laundry om the second floor is okay its set to good washing prices of a dollar and 50 to wash and only a dollar and 25 to dry but you do have to mind the left out construction materials on the floor if I could rate this place a hazardous 1 star and to be cautious when buying a room for the night here I would but leaving a review is all I can do right now also mind what you eat at the breakfast they tend to either over cook or undercooked alot of meats and eggs this ofcourse does not tide over well with having to be active or work the rest of the day

Well a bad night for hotel, the a/c was out( complete hotel), key card machine wasn't working, no printer in business area, but, they were truly apologizing for a rough night. They tried and give credit, would stay again, so thumbs up.

Just off the highway. Great service and free breakfast. Not the biggest pool but definately nice to swim in. The workers there are willing to help you out with anything you need.

Found black mold in my shower. Unknown pills on the floor. Unclean linens. The window had a broken screen and didn't lock properly. The top lock on the door was missing two screws and felt very unsafe. Also very loud right next to i25

We stayed here for one night visiting my niece down the street. When we checked in the room temperature was 72 degrees. We turned on the fan to try to move air and cool it down but in the middle of the night it was 76 degrees. We had to open the window to street and highway noise which nevertheless lead to a not so restful night. When we checked out the FD staff said "oh I thought they had fixed that side with the air system.". She directed us to the manager, Lauren Winslow who told me "there's nothing we can do, it's a 2 pipe system." I explained the situation and she said the room was discounted enough. As a previous business owner in the hospitality arena and her lack of professionalism, we won't stay here again and I'll be sure not to recommend this hotel in the future.

Clean rooms, staff is friendly, breakfast buffet is decent if you get to it by 8am. Selection quickly dwindles alot as it get close to 9-10am. Get there as early as possible for the best selection. No front desk employee's for the late night crew, which was a problem since we had locked our room key in the room. After over an hour of searching for an employee, I was lucky that my friend was able to get into our room via the window, so we didn't have to sleep in our car after a really long day of BBQ and Fireworks! I would definitely stay here again, but I would be sure that I had my room Key at all times (put it on my keychain) so I won't have to worry about needing some employees help late at night if I happen to lock my key in the room again! BTW, I would have given them 5 Stars if it wasn't for the hassle of trying to find an employee for over an hour late at night (midnight or later)!!

I can't imagine that any of the positive reviews were recent. This Days Inn's rates are at least double what they should be for what you get. Fortunately I got a discount for a week stay. I was here 2 years ago and the place was top notch. Maybe new ownership? The staff admitted there have been 4 different managers this year. They can't keep a maintenance man; they're mostly meth heads that either steal or never show up. I dont think the carpets have ever been shampooed, the pet area is an enter-at-your-own-risk mine field, no pick-up bags in the receptacle, trash everywhere (does Mgmt EVER walk the property?), only half the TV channels worked and half of those had no sound, the side doors are kept open with a rock 24x7, and the front desk personnel only wore their (mandatory) COVID masks about 10% of the time. I'll make the drive from Ft.Collins from now on.

The hotel itself is clean and decent for the price. We are here after being evacuated by the fire. When we came to check in we said that we were sent by the Red Cross. The manager made it very clear that she was put out by our arrival, making comments, sighing, shaking her head. I get it, she had a rough day but I guarantee that the people who had to leave their homes in the middle of the night are having a worse day. We would much rather be in our home than in a hotel room with two dogs and small children, wondering if we will even have a home to go back to. There was zero compassion and we were treated like an inconvenience. As someone who has literally worked at a Days Inn, I know the days can be long but this was not okay.

On Sunday May 17th I called the Days Inm to set up a reservation Kristie took my call and really went above and beyond helping locate information for my company and a charge for the room. Kristies customer service was above and beyond my expectations. I arrived May 22nd and went in to get checked in and was dealing with Pam, Pam is the face of customer service for all businesses. I asked Pam a million questions and she was patient with me and always had a smile on her face so thank you for that Pam and Kristie. The room was clean and in great condition. If you are traveling through Wellington, CO stop and stay with these guys. Thanks for an awesome experience.
