Our group of 4 ladies visited this store on July 14 and bought 5 shirts. The lady clerk was very unfriendly, but we liked the shirts. Later, one of us returned to the store to purchase two more shirts, but was asked to leave by the clerk. She said we made a mess of her stacks of shirts! We folded them before placing the sizes we didn’t want back on the shelves, but apparently we did not do it to her satisfaction! We went to another store to buy more shirts and their clerks were very friendly and helpful.

I stopped by The Sunflower Patch after grabbing a Frappuccino coffee from down the street. I had already finished my drink, but there was some leftover chocolate sauce inside the cup, which made it look full. As soon as I walked in and said hello, the shopkeeper didn’t greet me—she just immediately told me to put my drink outside. Her tone came off as cold and unwelcoming. I even explained that the cup was empty, but still stepped outside as asked. I didn’t end up going back in because the interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
I understand if there’s a no-drinks policy, but there was no smile, no “please,” no warmth—just a blunt command. Other shops in town didn’t treat me that way, and unfortunately, it left a bad impression. I would’ve liked to support a local shop, but this kind of customer service is off-putting. Sadly, they lost a potential customer.

Cute little tourist Shop!! Lots of variety of trinkets and keepsakes.
A little crowded not a lot of walking space.

Attempted to visit this location during the 2024 Memorial Day parade. Our group was not allowed to come in because the one veterans balance assistance service dog was not allowed in the store. Now if that veteran could have carried the large breed service dog we would have been permitted entry. Overall I would not recommend this vendor, customer service could use work.
