I found out about this place from a Facebook ad and their 6 week challenge. I had my doubts about whether I could do it and all I can say is I am GRATEFUL I did.

I signed up to do the 6 week challenge. Everyday I am asked what diet I'm on. It's not a diet it's a lifestyle. You hear it all the time that diet and exercise are the only way to get the weight off and keep it off. This is 100% true. It's the only way in the past and present that has ever worked for me. I can't thank Russell Gallivan, his incredible coaches, and the community of people who attend the classes enough for truly saving my life. Having lupus, depression, and blood pressure issues I thank god everyday I saw the post on Facebook about the 6 week challenge. On day one I was told that this gym is a community and the staff is amazing. This is without a doubt true. I'm so happy I'll be continuing on this path with 5280 Fitness and Sports Performance. By for the best decision I have ever made to take my life back. ���

I absolutely love this place! It's the most challenging yet the most fun gym I've ever gone to! Anazing coaches create innvative and tough circuits and workouts but don't let that scare you off if you're just starting your fitness journey! The workout community is made up of people of all fitness levels and there is no judgment. Everyone works hard and maxes at their own fitness level and encourages one another. You get to know others from the community and cheer each other on in your fitness goals. The owners touch base with you and are encouraging and best of all you GET RESULTS! I love how my body is changing and how it feels when I finish working out...exhausted in an invigorating way (if that makes sense lol). I plan to be a customer for life!

It is a community of people who all have a common goal. Yes every regular gym on the corner all have members with common goals. But no one talks to each other. You put your head phones on and listen to your beats while working out, not this gym. All the coaches and the owner are engaged with the hard working members. The coaches do a good job of keeping the workouts fresh, challenging and full of enthusiasm. If you commit yourself to this movement; the movement will move you with the help of the community and 5280 sports & fitness performance.
