AAA is scam. AAA does not have enough tow companies to provide timely service. That was confirmed by AAAs own representatives!!! It took 8 hours. Yes 8 hours to arrive!! No bad weather!
I spoke to a supervisor who basically told me to leave my keys in my car and walk home if you don't want to wait the eight hours or more. What hell!! I am in my 60s and stranded. After a minor accident in the middle of the night. The representatives repeatedly told me they do not have enough tow companies to cover the denver area. That's right it took eight hours!!! Once again, I was told to leave my car with the keys in it and they would get it in the morning. I'm sure my insurance company will Reject a claim once they are told that I left the car unlocked with the keys inside. Don't waste your time and money.The whole thing is a scam. I hope I live through this, as i'm still here.

Took 3 weeks to get a simple document copy! Two in-person conversations and one over the phone. For a simple copy of insurance declaration page. Very poor customer service!!!

Your on line information for AAA north metro office telephone number is incomplete and requires members to locate an extension before being connected ,which takes significant effort. You no longer sell map atlases for South America. You have discontinued many of your travel products,which were helpful. Customer service seems nonexistent. I have been a member since 1999, and very disappointed.

I’ll never pay for AAA again. Got a flat tire with my dogs in the car and called 1800 number, they said I have to pay upfront and $1000 minimum charge for a tire fix. I was outside lazy dog restaurant, not on in middle of nowhere. Unbelievable. 0 stars for AAA. Sorry to this store but you are part of AAA who just tried to screw a paying member.
