Had a great teller/manager i had a lot to do and Sefarina was amazing was able to do more than I thought could be done she deserves a raise the best service I have had keep up the great work.

Thanks to Maria and her co worker I was able to set up an account pretty quickly, they were respectful and knowledgeable which made the process go by smoothly.

All I’m gonna say is I was verbally attacked by jasmine and brianne because I didn’t know what I was doing credit wise so the manager also came out all laughing making it a big joke telling me “I’m in trouble” not to close my account…then proceeded to make creepy and forward comings asking why I switched to Wells Fargo….jasmine and brianne have done nothing but be rude and completely slow at getting things done since day one. I wanted to close my account because of THEM! Me going to Wells Fargo was followed with a comment of “does Wells Fargo feed you” I then said I feed myself and jasmine began to yell at me in front of everyone saying how she hands out tamales….i don’t care. I don’t want this company anymore. I’ve been with academy for sooooo long but i absolutely can’t handle these girls. They always are sooooo rude and make me any my fiance very anxious also making comments of “is your fiance hiding” because he was standing behind me and the SAME employee was rude to my fiance the last time. I will no longer be taking any of my word of mouth to
This company the referral programs never work the girls don’t want to work they attack my personal life and also asked why I’m with another bank and how dare I betray them….its my life not theirs…they are so unprofessional and now I have to find another academy bank far away because they press every emotion I have I finally said something today and everyone there got quiet and knew they had messed up. I’m done with academy bank location!!!!!! those girls neeeeed to be reprimanded it’s un believable how small they make you feel….. no Christmas bonus for them or something because this isn’t okay!!!!! Highly don’t recommend!!!!! GO ELSEWHERE

Horrible Customer Service! Breanne was so rude. I was at the bank trying to make a cash deposit. She stated she couldn't do that. It was gonna take however long to it takes to finish. Very Rude! And started yelling at me. Horrible Customer Service. Been banking here for over 10 years. Never been treated that poorly. It won't be long before I take my business elsewhere.
