AMC Westminster Promenade 24 is a very big and nice theater with a great selection of premium formats like IMAX, Dolby Cinema, and Prime. The theater is clean and the location is perfect. It offers spacious, cushiony seats, innovative menus, and a decent selection of snacks and drinks. The experience can be fast and enjoyable. However, there are some major issues. The local power grid is unstable, causing the power to go out regularly. The Dolby screen has an unaligned projector. The lobby experience can feel bleak, with employees sometimes seeming inattentive and concessions service occasionally slow. For premium IMAX tickets, some guests cannot tell the difference in quality and find the high cost for tickets and concessions, like popcorn, disappointing. The seats do not recline, which is a common complaint, and the sound volume for some films, even rock concerts, can be too low. If these problems were fixed, it would be easier to recommend this theater.
My favorite movie theatre. I had a hard time using the reclining chairs. It's expensive. I seriously miss the fountain and some of the restaurants near by that they took out some years ago.

The theater is nice and very clean. I went to see a film of a rock concert of one of my favorite groups and it wasn't very loud. I've been to movies that are a lot louder much less a rock concert should have been turned up. A little disappointing
