Arc Thrift Stores is a large, clean, and organized thrift store with a friendly and helpful staff. The store is known for being the most clean and organized thrift store some have visited. Staff members are kind, knowledgeable, and take time to assist customers, even when busy, while constantly cleaning and straightening the aisles. The donation drop-off process is easy, and the store includes a food donation area for local food banks.
The selection is large and decent, spanning housewares, furniture, books, and clothing. However, organization can be inconsistent, particularly in the women's and men's sections, which can seem picked over or confusing, with sizes often not hanging in the correct section. Pricing is frequently described as inconsistent and all over the place, with many items considered high-ish. Customers note that name-brand items are marked up, while pricing for other items seems inconsistent with retail value. The 50% off sales on Saturdays are popular, with good signage, but the discounted items are often just leftovers. Despite pricing concerns, many find quality finds and plan to return.
We miss you. Hope your store reopens and you have the same great staff.

Leaving this review for people that see it’s temporarily closed- a worker from there (that is temporarily at a different location) told me that there was a fire in the middle of the night and the sprinkler system damaged a lot of inventory. They’re fixing it and should reopen sometime in October!
