Called asking about assistance as I got a new ATT phone replacing my existing one and after online transfer steps the new phone was not working, and all she did was hang up on me!!!
That is the worst customer service experience a company can provide, ATT should be ashamed

Every time I call this location. The lady that works nights here. She very rude to me and hangs up on me. She did that to me 3 times. How could At&T have someone this rude working for them

Oh this att is the best most of the time the people who come into store are not there to even purchase anything mostly problems they just have no clue how to deal with I sat and waited while they helped another customer who was just being absolutely terrible and I couldn’t believe how much they were able to deal with the rude person but they were so professional and I would definitely recommend you go and do your business here because they are BEYOND PROFESSIONAL !!!!!!

I just went to the store at 3:15 and there was a sign on the door saying they were closed and wouldn’t be back until 5:00, but their operating hours are supposed to be 11-6 (Sunday), so they should never be closed during that timeframe. Looking at reviews, I see this isn’t a one-time occurrence. Obviously management is inept and the employees are horrible. If this is a corporate location, it needs to be closed. If it’s a franchise location, the owner needs to go out of business.

Online the closing of the store 7 pm, at the door of the store 6 pm, I call at 4:56 and it's closed that bad.

I went into this store July of 23. I was told I qualified for a free phone if I traded my old samsung s7 phone. I did this and still have not received my credits for the trade in. I went to the store Several times only to be told they were behind on sending phones back. Went in a total of 9 times. Went in today and was told all the employees were fired and they could not give me any credits even though they found my old phone in the back room. They said they could not be responsible for any mistake the old employees did so I will not get any credits. They are not accountable for anything!!! Miguel actually told me this!! Do not go to this store it is a scam!! I am sorry I switched from Verizon. I would give this store a minus 10 if I could!!
