I went into this store July of 23. I was told I qualified for a free phone if I traded my old samsung s7 phone. I did this and still have not received my credits for the trade in. I went to the store Several times only to be told they were behind on sending phones back. Went in a total of 9 times. Went in today and was told all the employees were fired and they could not give me any credits even though they found my old phone in the back room. They said they could not be responsible for any mistake the old employees did so I will not get any credits. They are not accountable for anything!!! Miguel actually told me this!! Do not go to this store it is a scam!! I am sorry I switched from Verizon. I would give this store a minus 10 if I could!!

Just waited 30 minutes for them to come back from break, but no dice so left to another AT&T store. My rating reflects this and past experiences. Employees normally look annoyed when you walk in but still greet and do what they can for you. Normally the store isn't busy, but listing a time when you'd be back is simple and would have saved me time waiting around.

Desiree could not have been more helpful. I will give her a 5, however, l would actually rate her off of the chart. She stayed past closing to make sure that I had everything I needed and that I understood my device. She even gave me her cell number in case I ran into any issues when I got home. I had lost my IPhone on route from IL to Co. it was 3 days on the phone at my niece's trying to get a new IPhone when they finally got approval for my to go to a store to pick up my new iPhone and we only had 45 minutes to get to the store. As a widow of a 30 year AT&T retiree I was in awe of her patience, kindness, understanding and knowledge of her product. AT&T has a great employee in Desiree.

Went in to purchase a new phone. I have been an att customer since 2002. The salesperson assisted me, and then upgraded my line without my consent, equating to an additional $25 charge per month. Missouri boy should be ashamed of himself. Choose a different location or double check to make sure he is not ripping you off.

The “manager” Jose doesn’t know what he’s doing since he conveniently forgot to mention there are other fees included when trading in phones. He goes straight to being aggressive, doesn’t offer any solutions and instead hides in the back. He’s absolutely no help. Avoid having Jose help you at all costs.
