Went to AT&T to upgrade my IPhone and the people who helped me did the best from translating all my data and explaining what was going on, I love that service which was done in a short time

This is the shadiest store I've ever been in, not even sure I can articulate how poorly this place is run. I go in there with my in-laws, wife, and kids. We are all upgrading phones for our family plan. Long story short, the manager Jose tells us he will throw in up to $400 worth of accessories for our new phones for free. This sounds too good to be true, so we all clarify with him several times that we will NOT be paying for these items, Jose confirms we will not be charged multiple times. Fast forward a month and my mother in law notices we had insurance added to all 4 phones without our permission, and this $400 worth of accessories was clearly put on our bill. We have spend hours on the phone and in person trying to rectify this and make it right, but Jose is somehow never available and "is at a different store" despite his employees admitting he is still the store manager. The employee working there admitted to my wife this is "not a clean store," and that their management tells the employees to do this kind of shady business. I'll be contacting corporate and the BBB this week. NEVER going here again, this place needs to be charged with fraud. Another customer in the store who overheard my wife complaining pulled her aside and said Jose did the exact same thing to him with multiple fraudulent charges. In semi-related news, about 6 months ago we were told the previous store manager "left the safe open" and the store was robbed. This is one of the most dysfunctional businesses I've ever seen, stay away.

After two weeks of getting the run around from AT&T and Samsung for a warranty claim, I was frustrated to say the least. I decided to go to the store and talk to someone and see if they could help. After 30 minutes Mike was able to connect with the right representative and my issue was solved. He was patient, polite, knowledgeable and persistent in solving the issue. Thank you Mike!!

We picked up our new phone from this store on 4/7/2023 and were told we needed to return our old phone to the store within 7 days. We returned our old phone the next day on 4/8/2023. When we asked if we needed to sign anything or receive anything noting the phone was returned, the employee said that was not needed since it was a Next Trade-in. Fast forward to September, we were charged a non-returned phone fee of over $300. They have refused to correct this issue since the employee did not provide the tracking number to the store or to us.Every time we contact them we are directed to a different department - including Customer Support, the Loyalty Department, the Mobility Department, and many other agents.I have been a long-time customer of AT&T and always thought I could trust the employees and trust them to do the right thing, but unfortunately this is not the case. If you have to visit this store and choose to do business with AT&T, make sure to get everything in writing and get tracking numbers for EVERYTHING even if they tell you it's not needed.

The people here are complete scammers. Went in asked for the cheapest unlimited plan everything works out great. I get no emails or anything about my account. Until I get a bill in the mail for 250 dollars the guy signed me up for a premium Business account. I can't access my account because he didn't use my email. Only thing they took was my credit card. The worst service I have ever had in my life. This store needs to be shut down. Have been back 3 times now and they can't fix my account. I WILL NEVER USE ATT EVER AGAIN.Edit: Troy is actually a very nice and helpful dude and he did try to fix the mistakes of the dude that messed up my account. Troy please migrate stores ?2nd Edit: Went to the store on 120th and Washington man are the people nice and helpful crazy. They made me give att one more try please go to the one on 120th and Washington if you value your money andyour sanity.

Terrible service, second time I have gone in and they have zero empathy to your problem if it requires to think, they'll take your money or charge you more but don't ask for anything technical or try to replace your damaged phone. Try Cricket or another store.

Got here at 1530, there was a sign on the door that read “Off to lunch will return at: 4:15”.We are waiting in 100 degree heat for it to open back up. Are they under staffed or just all take their lunch at the same time. Might switch our 4 phone lines and 4 devices to something else. Crazy how Verizon right next to it is crazy busy and OPEN. I guess their business service is just as bad as their coverage and phone service. Didn’t open door until 1619.

Jay who works at this store is sooo patient and so helpful. My husband and I needed to upgrade our phones and Jay was awesome helping us find the best deal and getting it all figured out. Definitely let Jay help you out if you need a new phone or any service!

Really want to thank service rep Tyler for his time, attention, and dedication. He effortlessly helped several customers, myself included, simultaneously while being patient, knowledgeable, and working to resolve technical and billing issues. Have been a customer here since 2021 and will continue to be into the foreseeable future.

Just had the best experience at this store with Tyler. I came in because my phone would no longer charge through the charging port. He immediately new what the problem was and cleaned out all the gunk in my port and now it works perfectly. He was friendly and professional and there was no wait time. It was a great experience and he had me out of there in 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend this store.
