The manager that was working this past Saturday was top notch! Super efficient and we were in and out with a new phone in about 5 minutes.

It's not the quality of the consultant, but theee are many questions that have no explanation, which is AT&T's fault...I still don't understand why service is much higher than other companies, nor do I understand really what exactly covers..I realize it's a newer and younger generation problem is all of us.All of us old people haven't died yet...seems very l8mited in transparancy!

Had a very old phone and decided for upgrade. Karen came to us immediately , showed all options (I.e. trade in’s & price of new phones. After we made decision she sat with us & transferred data from old to new phone. The charger connection is only thing that wasn’t discussed. Seems a very minor thing and did not change our opinion of excellent customer service.

Had to come back to AT&T store again. This time had the great luck to get Army’s help and she is a rock star and after literally 4 Hours she got my problem solved and account credited to my satisfaction and pure joy! Thank you Army! You deserve a big fat raise!!

AT&T tried to charge me on a closed account. They closed 2 numbers and put one on suspension without my permission. Account was closed 7/23/24. Received bill with threat of collections 11/6/24. Went into store and called AT&T loyalty. Manager left while on phone. Loyalty said store has to reset pin. Store says they have too. Store then told me to call manager at loyalty. Waited another hour next day. Manager was rude and told me to deal with it at the store. Called the store back again to say I would be there at 6. Manager was rude and stated he would leave at 6:30 whether situation was resolved or not. AT&T is a scam and I would stay far away from this company. I will be looking into legal action!

G was a phenomenal sales person yesterday and made the process of transitioning phones and purchasing a new tablet easy and fun. It is by far the best experience I've ever had inside an at&t store and I likely will come back to purchase the promotional watch as well.

Matthew was so helpful. I destroyed my previous phone in the washing machine and it was no simple task retrieving anything because my phone was not backed up. He was patient even though we kept him past his time for the day.

Jaxson is amazing! I have a large account and I knew I was going to be in store fore several hours. I was jaded when I walked in as I had been to 6 other locations with terrible customer service. Jaxson turned that all around. He is a person of service and would rather help someone regardless of how long it will take, then just send you off to find other help. He was fun, helpful, communicative and professional. I appreciate every minute of his help, (and there were many). Thank you Jaxson for being an example of how to treat a customer! I also would like to thank the manager Stephen also for making our experience a great one!

The sales lady literally could not have cared any less if I was there to purchase or not. She was totally disinterested in helping me. She kept saying well you can buy it if we have it. I was like then check! I was so please to be buying my husband a gift I just ignored the service. I am thrilled with his gift which is the only reason you got two stars.
