I would definitely recommend taking your car elsewhere for any maintenance or repairs! I've never been somewhere so terrible in all aspects of service! I can do way better work at home!

So I went up there to put air in my tires the drive manager Moses he's talking to another employee while I was waiting for the nice gentleman to come back with my car and I overheard Moses call me the b word and ask why I was there because my ex does not work there anymore I am still a customer I heard him call me the b word more than once I brought it to the GM Jeff Sawyer attention and he would take care of it he did not pull us aside and have Moses apologized to me I feel Jeff Sawyer is not going to take care of it he acted like it was no big deal.

Total SCAMMERS - Avoid these criminals at all cost.1200 miles away providing guidance to my daughter who lives in the area. Perfect credit etc & easily qualified for the quoted 3.99% new Honda financing. All was good until their new CRV arrived & they went to pick it up. Suddenly the rate had increased to 8.8% as they knew a 25 year old looking at their newly arrived car would not know better. She told them no way & the rate miraculously came back down to 3.99% within minutes. This was after initially telling her over $2k in OPTIONAL add-ons were REQUIRED.Not sure how they're not shut down.DO NOT BUY FROM AUTONATION - ANYWHERE for ANY REASON.I will continue pursuing these crooks...see you next Denver trip scammers....Not sure how these 2 sleep at night trying to take advantage of a 25 yr old young lady thinking she was naive.Salesman- Brandon KuiperCrooked Sales Manager - Fabrice Tacoronte

Do NOT purchase from this dealership. I've been dealing with a faulty AC line for the last 3 summers. Even though I have a "platinum warranty," the AC has still not been repaired. Because of short staffing issues, AutoNation sent me to AutoNation Chevy where they've kept my vehicle for a week and a half while they worked out the warranty details. After at least 20 calls inquiring about the repair, & not being able to speak with them or receiving a call back. I was told the car would have to go back to AutoNation Honda for further assessment before any repairs can be made or submitted to the warranty department To boot, I've had to pay a deductible to begin with. I will never shop AutoNation again and I would recommend that anyone car shopping look elsewhere. The most frustrating part is the lack of communication. I would give negative stars if possible.

PLEASEEE give my girl Morgan a raise. She is so kind, so helpful and sooooo uplifting. No matter the struggle she always try's to make it work for her customers. I've never met anyone at a dealership who is so hardworking and helpful. She makes everything transparent and easy to deal with. The first time I came in I was extremely stressed and she changed my mood within the first minute. She gave me her personal card and told me to call if I had any further questions. Whenever she sees a costumer come in she greets and whenever a coworker leaves she says good bye have a good day. I've only been in here three times. I've never had service so good. Soooo please give her a raise I can even tell the other clients she works with she is very supportive. THANK YOU! So much.

My 2019 Odyssey was having on a road trip. Ended up stopping in Topeka, KS and they were great. They didn't have the part but patched us up so we could get home. I've been trying to get ahold of automation to see if they have the part for a week. Finally got ahold of them and the dude who answered the phone sounded wasted. Not only that but the part I need is apparently on back order. I waited a week to find out they can't get my odyssey up and running. Still waiting for a part so I can open the little door to fill up my gas. It's been on back order for months also. Guess it's time to move on from Honda if they can't get my 4 year old van repaired.

I'm foolish and they fooled me on multiple occasions. I'm writing this review self admitting that I know very little about cars. But I have plenty of common sense.I took my car in for a standard oil change a bit ago. I also knew the blower motor was on its last leg and thought it may be impacting my AC (wasn't blowing cold air). Of course, the maintenance department said the blower needed to be replaced and I should look into a AC overhaul - $350 plus extra. I said yes to the blower motor replacement and said to wait on anything further to better diagnose the AC issue. And what do you know? These scammers inserted a Tupperware container blocking my AC intake, further preventing it from blowing cold air. Simple removal and it's working like new.Simple point: don't trust them. They know who they are working with and will be the first to pull the wool over your eyes to up the service costs, increasing revenue for the business and commission for the parts sales rep. Total BS business. This is the first of too many instances of incompetence and poor business ethics. I have a huge mouth when you give me reason to open it.

didn't buy or get a car serviced, but I did sell my car today. Antonio B. went above and beyond for me, and easily made my experience the best one I've had at a car dealership! He was so friendly, knowledgable, communicative, and all around a great asset to the Auto Nation team. I was able to get my car sold even with a few paperwork hiccups (on my end) that he quickly resolved. Everyone else I interacted with was very welcoming! Don't pay attention to every negative review! Really look into them to see what's being talked about. My experience left me feeling like I got a great price, dealt with an honest person, and was treated well. My partner sold his Trackhawk to them a while back, had a great experience, and recommended them to me actually!

Terrible experience. Took my car to get tires twice. Both times they had ordered the wrong tires for the car (which should be impossible because the make and model only has one size) Wasted two Saturdays bringing in my car, them telling me they had everything then getting a call 4 hours later they had only then discovered they had the wrong tires. When I went in to get my car the final time, they were confused why I wanted my car back early from a battery service I never asked for either. The level of incompetence and disorganization is staggering to the point I question how they maintain their business.

On hold for 15 minutes with wholesale parts. Had another person with me call into the operator of the dealership to be transferred directly to wholesale parts. Guy answered and as he was asked him to hold one second while I hung up on the on hold line to pick him up, he put me on hold. Now still on hold and called in again and get put directly on hold.

Came in to get my jeep service this morning and was greeted right away. They introduced me who would be servicing my vehicle and the ETA if everything should go smoothly. They also verified my phone number and set up for text notifications just in case additional work needs to done as well. They have a couple different flavors of coffee you can choose from while you are waiting while you get your vehicle serviced and a play room for the kids (and I definitely wish the other Auto Nations should have this as well). The only thing issue I had is when I ask a question about parts (if they also carried Jeep parts or if it's only Honda parts) the gentleman at the computer didn't even break to make eye contact once with me. But other than that, awesome experience here. Definitely will be coming back again for service!

We just bought a new Honda Ridgeline. We bought it from out of state and drove to Westminster to finalize the purchase. Nick was our sales guy and he took our deposit over the phone. He used his phone to take a video of the truck inside and out. Very helpful. The financial was a little complicated but their staff Kimber and Brett did great to help us do everything remote. Love the new truck and it was worth the trip.

My go to place for getting my car serviced or repaired. I think they are more expensive than Greasemonkey or Oil Can Henry's but the included multi-point inspection is worth it. I do go to Discount Tire for tires because they are overpriced here.

Seems like employees are not happy with their job, you can be standing waiting for them to help, took a while before they asked, that place needs better employees
