My wife and I purchased a new 2026 Honda CR-V yesterday from Nico at AutoNation Honda 104, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience, thanks to Nico. From start to finish, Nico made the process seamless, stress-free, and even enjoyable.
What really stood out was his genuine kindness, patience, and professionalism. He took the time to listen to our needs, walk us through every feature, and answer every question without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. His knowledge of the CR-V was impressive, and he explained things in a way that was easy to understand.
Nico went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our decision and confident in our purchase. It’s clear he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in helping people find the right car for their lifestyle.
If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I can’t recommend Nico enough. He’s the kind of salesperson who turns what can be a stressful process into a truly positive experience. We love our new CR-V and will definitely be coming back to see him for future purchases!

I left my car at the shop all day, yet no work was done. The excuse given was that there were other cars ahead, despite the fact that I had a scheduled appointment. The most frustrating part is that if you don’t constantly follow up, it seems they don’t care. Very poor customer service.

Personnel were communicative, helpful, and friendly. However, the early bird drop off procedure was not good at all. It was completely dark, the light above chute was out and there was no auxiliary lighting. The sign on the chain-link fence said “for early bird drop off go to sliding door”. There was no sliding door. I was feeling my way to the chute, and when I opened it,, there was no type of flap (like a post office or mailbox flap) or other protection against viewing keys on the floor, or someone reaching in and getting keys that had been dropped off, even though it was a few feet from the chute door to the inside floor. This set up could certainly use some improvement, but otherwise I was very pleased with my treatment.

I went to this dealership thinking they would help me … lol no. I specifically told them I wanted a specific color and if they can work with me on price… one , they didn’t have the color . I stated I would settle… I settled and Louis (employee) told me and my finance while trying to get me prices he and his financial team aren’t working for free ! And we might as well go to Schomp to get our car . lol when I tell you I have NEVER been told that from anyone .. it was so unprofessional. So guess what I’m doing, going to go buy my car with Schomp Honda who is more professional and willing to help me out RESPECTFULLY !

We were at AutoNation yesterday to sell a beautiful 2020 Honda CRV. Luis and team treated us professionally and explaining the process with care. I also want to give kudos to Antonio. It was their day off. Antonio told me the market for Hondas is strong and to bring our suv in. We ought to know to we have owned seven Hondas through the last decade. Thank You Luis, Antonio, and Team!

It took a while to solve this issue, but the team was fabulous. Seriously, I'm impressed, which is a relatively difficult thing to do. Highly recommend them. Not an individual, everyone who worked on my car. Not sure I can give higher praise than that.

I am on my 3rd leased Honda with AutoNation. They are always responsive, go above and beyond, are helpful and kind. Just brought in my 2021 Honda Passport for her first oil change, it took less than an hour and I left with a smile on my face. Not only is the sales department amazing, so is the service department. Highly recommend.

The buying experience at AutoNation 104 was very pleasing. I was looking to trade in my 2016 Honda Civic for a new 2025 Civic and they had what I was looking for. Ashley was very understanding in what I was looking for and put me on a list when it came in. I still need to add a couple of accessories that I wanted but other than that 10/10. Would highly recommend AutoNation 104 if anybody's looking for a new or used Honda.
