Great system as always. Looks good and easy to achieve a great wash. Love the membership been signed up for a long while. I love the car shows you hold. At one point I've been in a meeting with y'all about a franchise and have a car detailed. Great all in one business.

Bought a higher-end package that included drying services. Left with my car still wet and dirty. Not worth it. I’d rather wash it myself and know it’s actually clean.

Went to wash my car, saw the vaccum required an app and left. Idk who needs to hear this but there's absolutely no reason a vaccum needs an app this is insane

I like my Autowash subscription. But this location has to be the worst one. I either come here and the line is too long because one bay is always down. Or I turn around and go home because neither bay is working. I never know if I will actually get to use the service I pay for because the bays are constantly down. And even when they do work, half the time the soap isn’t spraying out properly or the undercarriage wash doesn’t even turn on.

Worst automatic car wash I have EVER been to. I waited a half an hour because I needed an under carriage wash. I paid for the $25 best wash and it didn't do half the stuff it said, including the undercarriage. My car is still soaking wet and dirty. Then I went to vacuum and I cannot even do that without downloading an app. What a joke. Will be heading to the very nice wash off 112th and Main St next time . . . Would have been faster than waiting here AND my car would actually be clean. Will never be back to any Autowash again.

Awful, just awful. The app doesn't work neither does the pay with card option. I was charged for a car wash and the vacuum but was unable to access either! This place is a waste of time.
