We cannot say enough wonderful things about this location and the professionals who work here. We had a bit of a scare with our dog (our baby) and they worked us into the schedule last minute on a Saturday. First of all, THANK YOU to Rochelle—the woman who was so kind to me on the phone and took such good care of our boy. Second-Dr Hruska was friendly, thorough and so kind to take the time to care for us. I received a call with options for care and when we picked our kiddo up you could tell he was loved. If you love pets you know how important good care means. THANK YOU! We will be bringing our boy here from now on!

I love this place! I was nervous about a more widely known vet vs a mom and pop because I thought I would feel like one of many to just get in and get out. But they are so kind here. They are sweet to my dog, knowledgeable, helpful and make great recommendations without being pushy or feeling salesy. They honestly just want what’s right for you and your pet.

Very caring and compassionate and I can get my dog in rather quickly. The only thing I don't like is the dog is taken to an exam area instead of having the vet exam the animal in front of owner.

We dropped our dog off for a comprehensive 6-month exam at 9:30 AM, and was told he would be done within an hour. Went to pick him up, and was told they hadn't even started his exam and that he'd be ready around 2 PM. Hadn't heard anything and called back at 3:30. We were told that they were running behind because the staff forgot about a mandatory staff meeting. REALLY Banfield? Would you take your child to a doctor who prioritized a staff meeting over your child's care? This location continues to get worse and worse. Cancelling our service and going elsewhere.

I need to change my review in fairness to the staff of this facility. They are hard working, caring and patient. I was frustrated with the fact that I scheduled to be seen and specifically put in my comments that I needed specific work done on top of the comprehensive. The staff didn’t see it because the app is not built in a way that the staff can see the comments clearly. So, it’s not the staffs fault, it’s the creators of the app that need to help them out a bit by making notes that customers make, more clear. The staff have enough trouble dealing with entitled and rude pet owners, they could use a break from sucky tech.

Banfield is corrupt! DO NOT purchase any type of wellness plan! We had to euthanize our dog and they are still making us pay another 10 months of our wellness plan regardless that our pet passed away. Awful way to run a business!

I had brought in my cat, Sassy, through one of their drop-off/walk in appointments on Aug. 11th because I couldn't get her in with our regular vet and she did not seem to be doing well at all. She had previously been diagnosed with kidney disease and as a result I was not comfortable with waiting very long to get her seen. Drop off was very easy and the staff were friendly and very sweet and gentle with my cat when I brought her in, and were very attentive when reviewing her medical history and my concerns with me as a part of intake.Unfortunately after blood work and additional testing it came out that my sweet girl's kidney disease had progressed significantly, and our options were either intense treatment that was not likely to improve her quality of life or extend our time with her or euthanasia. Dr. Hruska did a wonderful job explaining to me the extent of my cat's condition, what her test results meant, and what our paths forward looked like in a manner that was incredibly empathetic. After further discussion in which Dr. Hruska answered all of my questions with exceptional patience and kindness, we made the difficult decision to euthanize Sass. The Veterinary assistants were incredibly kind when we arrived, and we were given the opportunity to spend a good amount of time with my girl with no pressure or rushing to get on with the procedure. They brought her to us in a private room tucked comfortably in a little bed, and even brought out a warmed up blanket for her as well. These little touches made parting ways with her a little better, as it was clear that she was very well cared for and comfortable in their care, not in pain, scared, or stressed out.We were able to dictate when we were ready for things to move forward, and after inserting her IV for the procedure they brought Sass back to us for more goodbye time without any rushing. The pricing of everything was also discussed with us beforehand and the staff did a wonderful job explaining the procedure to us, including what might happen during and how long it would last. I got to say goodbye to my baby in a room that was peaceful and quiet, and I got to hold her while she went. I understand that not everyone wants this or is able to do so, but to have the option and to be supported in it was wonderful.I cannot sing high enough praises for Dr. Hruska and her staff. They made what was arguably one of my worst days so much less painful through their kindness and empathy, and I will always remember how much easier they made saying goodbye to a cat that was incredibly special to myself and my family.

I was impressed with the knowledge, compassion, and overall professionalism of the doctor Allison Wolfel and her team at the Orchards Banfield location. They did the precise amount of sedation my cat needed to relax without over sedating him. For the first time, my cat's exam and treatment went smoothly without escalating his anxiety. Afterwards, I got a comprehensive report of his condition and necessary next steps. The doctor answered all my questions competently and gave me piece of mind.I would highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking quality medical care for their pet at a reasonable price, provided by a team of professionals.

We couldn't get our dog in to be seen and ended up going to the Community Pet Hospital for treatment. Sad to say he passed away, but Banfield gets to continue collecting 9 more months of premiums from us for our deceased pup. Not worth it...

As a first time pet owner, I truly didn’t know what to expect for my first visit with my new puppy, however I was excited to try and get as much information as I could. But when I went to this office I felt very alienated frm my puppy and felt like he was being treated more like a distraction than a patient to be seen and examined. Of course any pet parent would want their pet to be in the best/caring hands, but I brought him to be examined, not shown off/petted to the staff in the back examination room. I say that because two weeks later as advised I’m looking to make a new appointment and looking over the documentation frm the last visit and see I had a DIFFERENT patient’s examination paperwork with their vaccination labels. How am I to advise or inform the next veterinarian of what vaccines he has or has not taken with another dog’s paperwork? I’m highly disappointed with this office and this solidified my feels I originally had walking out of the office.

We took our dog for checkups here. And everything was always alright but out of nowhere she started to get nose bleeds. And of course you can take her to banfield without appointment, so we went to ER to learn that she had cancer. We had to euthanize her and I wish banfield did their job better so we were able to know before the disease got that bad. Honestly I would know trust them my pet again.
