I've been here multiple times and each visit has been great. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they're all just really nice people. I've purchased books, gifts, journals, all kinds of things here. In October I purchased a really nice leather journal for my daughter, and even though she's written in a fair amount of it, it's not showing any wear, which is awesome. I wanted something that would last her a long time and it looks like I made the right choice. And I cannot stress this enough so it bears repeating - the staff is wonderful. All very friendly, they've chatted with myself and my children, and seem very genuine. I haven't had a bad experience at all. I do miss the little cafe, but otherwise, it's a great bookstore.

Reading is one of my guilty pleasures and Barnes and Noble always scratches my reading itch. They have an amazing collection of books and seem to always have the bestsellers in stock. What I really love about this location is the incredible staff. The staff are always so welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Any time I need help finding a book, the customer service desk is more than happy to lend a hand. Their customer service really sets them apart. Just recently, I learned that they have a new loyalty rewards program that is free and you earn a $5 reward for every $100 spent. I've been a Barnes & Noble customer for years and was thrilled when the cashier offered to sign me up for the free rewards program. Are any of my other book lovers as excited as I am about this? The only thing I wish they would do is automatically update their store prices based on their website. I found some pretty sweet deals on their website, so when I went into the store, I grabbed those books thinking they were on sale. When they rang up, they looked like they were full price. I asked for the cashier to honor the pricing online. While the cashier was more than willing to price match the website, I wish I didn't have to ask for it to happen. Just a friendly tip - make sure you check out their website to make sure you're getting the best deals available.

Always enjoy Barnes and Noble. Great selection and staff. Disappointed when the one on Hwy 6 in Houston closed.

Such a pleasant store. I always love the smell of this bookstore. Lots of cool and fun things to look at besides books. Definitely come inside if you haven't already.

My mom and I shopped at this location tonight and checked out at two different registers. Upon checking out, my cashier was able to honor a military discount after I showed her my service ID. However, after we left I found out my mom’s cashier did not honor my mom a discount after she also showed her military ID. Apparently, her cashier said they don’t have a discount for that. So we went back in line to request a receipt and inform the cashier that her employee indeed did honor a military discount. She looked at us confused and as if we were the ones that were wrong. After several minutes, she did finally refund my mom with a discount, but it was extremely off putting that one employee would honor a military discount and not the other.

I think this is a great store it's just that they sell a lot of books that have a lot of witchcraft in and that hurts our whole nation.
