Awful customer service, when I got to check out and instead of being greeted with a helpful employee. The employee was instead incredibly rude and refused to explain again when I did not understand her and the current sales. Truly disappointed.

Horrible customer service! I was so excited to pick up my items. When I noticed the Emma the cashier acting a little weird. I looked in my bag and one of my items was missing! Emma did not acknowledge the fact she did not have the item until I brought it up! Buy 3 get 3 free that is the sale for Black Friday and I waited to pick up until Monday not to be pushy like everyone can be during these events. When i questioned her about missing an item she stated oh we refunded you as we did not have the item.
So clearly she knew I was missing an item but refused to tell me! I asked how that is possible when it's supposed to be buy 3 get 3 free and I have 5 products. She then repeated herself. I asked to speak to her manager and clearly told her I don't want to argue I am just trying to understand. When and where they were going to communicate this to the customer.
I clearly messed up because Melissa who is supposed to be the Store Manager who did not even have a name badge on was rude and just plain frustrated I even asked to speak to her! She stated there was nothing they could do for me at the store level. I asked if I could pick up my items at another store or wait for it to come in. Was given a we don't do that and I can not help you in store! I asked for a pen to write down their names and Melissa snatched it out of my hands and told me to have a great day rest of my day with such a attitude and rolled her eyes. Super disappointed that this would be their store manager! Hopefully someone can do something about this as I spoke to customer service and they stated a Store Manager is absolutely able to assist their customers with these kinds of problem!

I had a disappointing experience at Bath & Body Works. The staff’s service was below expectations, and their attitude toward customers was unprofessional. Instead of being helpful, they seemed dismissive and uninterested in assisting with questions. As a loyal customer, I expected better treatment and a welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, this visit left me feeling frustrated and undervalued. I hope the management takes customer service more seriously in the future.

I always try and give good reviews to everyone and focus on the positives. However last night we had an Employee by the name of Jackie. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. I don't understand how someone who clearly hates their job doesn't quit. I went into the store with my mother as a fun side trip/shopping experience. My mom did over $100 worth of purchase. When asked if she wanted to purchase a bag my mom said yes. Jackie gets out the tiniest bag to put the purchases in. When my mom asks her for a bigger bag, Jackie loses all professionalism and starts telling us she knows her bag sizes but if we want a bigger bag fine. She continues on her rant while just almost slamming the wallflowers into the bag to make us uncomfortable. Later when my mom pays in cash, she starts yelling. Yelling at her coworkers for the pen. The store was empty except for her co-workers. She tells me to get out of the way so she can continue yelling as she did. If her goal was to make us feel uncomfortable she certainly did. Please do not staff someone who hates her job at the cashier, as something that was supposed to be an enjoyable shopping moment did not.

WALKED IN TO BUY THE COVETED STRANGER THINGS SCENTED GOODIES AND FOUND SOOOO MANY ITEMS TO PURCHASE. THIS IS A VERY CLEAN STORE, TOTALLY NOT TRASHY. SMELLED AMAZING, AND A COOL CHICK NAMED JACKIE WAS AT THE CASH WRAP. SHE WAS HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGABLE, COURTEOUS AND YES!! DELIVERED SERVICE WITH A NICE BIG COLGATE SMILE. ENDED MY VERY POSITIVE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE VERY NICELY. I HAD NEVER BEEN TO TGIS LOCATION AND I WILL BE BACK 4 SURE‼️‼️‼️

I rarely complain cause I know working retail is tough but wow, rudest interaction with a retail worker I have ever had and it was completely unwarranted. In hindsight I wish I would have spoke up more but instead I just put my stuff up and left.
