This store was 45 mins away, so I called in advanced to make sure it was okay. I had received a gift of 3 items for my birthday. I wasn't too fond of the scent so I called and spoke with the manager Melissa to see if I could swap an even exchange. She said yes. It would be body butter for body butter... essential oil for essential oil etc. She asked what scent it was. I told her the scent. She said yes we can do that. I gave my name, arrived an hour later... and she said nope. "YOUR SCENT IS FROM A YEAR AND A HALF AGO AND WE DONT CARRY IT ANYMORE. THE PERSON WHO BOUGHT THAT FOR YOU GAVE YOU AN OLDER PRODUCT. We can give you $4 for your product in credit." Very rude. It actually made me cry in the store since I have had such a hard and emotional week. They couldn't do anything for me and I paid to catch a ride round trip for nothing. Wow.. speechless really. Never shopping at bath & body works again.

Went to purchase Items last minute as I arrived close to closing time I tried my best to hurry because I was aware they closed in a few minutes. For this reason I decided to ask for help to find items quicker because I new they were about to close. I asked an Employee named Tina for help which was apparently the manager and it seemed like she did not want to help me at all I felt frustrated because I couldn't find what I needed. I tried asking her one more time for help and she pointed me towards a direction were I could find Items which I had already looked at. She didn't bother to come help me look for the item she just seemed to not care about her customers her main focus was only to get the people out of the store as soon as possible and close. On the other hand I asked two other employees for help and they were so kind and tried there best to help me. Its unbelievable how a manager could act this way she should be the example and leader of her store, however she did not show this.

This location was absolutely terrible. One star is too high of a rating.I walked in to purchase a few things. Everyone around me was being greeted and offered a shopping basket. I was not spoken to once. It was hard not to notice that I was the only person of color in the store and not being spoken to. I walked around more to grab my items and found the shopping baskets myself. As I kept walking around looking at things, store employees were restocking things. I am not sure why because everything was very stocked, but there were specifically two employees talking and laughing right in front of some items I needed to look for a specific thing for. I didn’t want to be rude so I waited behind them in case they were trying to stock something I couldn’t see. They both looked right at me, continued laughing and acted like I was invisible. I walked over to another display where another girl did the same exact thing to me. Finally fed up about the rude employees, I went to the counter to pay for my items. The woman who checked out the person in front of me was laughing and making small talk with her. When I stepped up, she did not greet me. She asked if I wanted a bag for 10 cents and scanned everything. She looked at me after she finished scanning and didn’t say anything. I just tapped my card and she placed the bag in front of me and called the next person. I walked out of there feeling so defeated and worthless. The next day after contemplating if I was just being over dramatic, my friends affirmed that I was not and urged me to call the manager to talk about this. I called the store and spoke to a manager who could care less about what I said. She sounded annoyed and offered the corporate customer service phone number. I ultimately went ahead and called corporate where they were very understanding and apologetic. After reading reviews, it looks like this happens often. I urged them to look into unconscious bias training for their employees. This was the worst experience I have had in a store in a long time. You never know what someone is going through. Be better.

The girl who worked at the cashier between 5:20pm-6pm had BAD service! Her attitude was horrible. I end up not purchasing the 3 wick candles & walked out of the store.

As a person of color I did not feel welcomed here. I was not greeted upon entry which is a standard practice of this company, I seemed to be followed around more than other customers were, and when I asked specific questions about specific items I was disregarded and not helped basically at all. I will not be returning to this location.

The other reviews are spot on about this location so I really dont need to elaborate about my experience there. I will say it's close to my home but I will go out of my way to avoid this particular B&BW.

Love Bath & Body Works!! Great variety of fragrance. Great deals! The store is always stocked and clean. Staff is always very friendly and helpful.Highly Recommended!!

I like the product. The displays were beautiful, but absolutely no customer service. I had a few questions. Usually, there are employees readily available to help. A few employees were walking around avoiding customer interaction. I had to approach an employee to help me, which then she snapped at me and was annoyed with my questions. Let's just say, i walked out spending less than i planned on. I had my granddaughter with me, or i would have left spending nothing. I won't come back to this store ? I have had a great experience at the Westminster and Northglenn stores, so going forward, I'll shop at one of those stores.
