Disappointed on the smaller size spray hand sanitizer, they used to have such an enormous selection , now it seems they just have teeny tiny bottles or the liquid gel kind I don't like, hopefully they will make a come back with the bigger size bottles!

Doesn’t bother to answer their phones during working hours. Wouldn’t have to call if the website had current stock updated for stores. This is the third time ordering online for store pickup and then getting a cancellation email for it being out of stock and my rewards coupon going to waste.

The system should not allow someone to order online when they are not seeing customers and do order pick up. Just drove 20 minutes to this location. Then when I get here, there’s a sign on the door that says pick up will be available tomorrow. That is very unfortunate. There needs to be a better communication with notifying customers.

I like this location (tucked away in a strip mall). The store is organized and clean, the staff is pleasant. On my last trip the sink was not working which was kinda inconvenient if you wantvto test products.

Hours always vary for idiotic step, like the air isn't working or close early with no explanation. Older mgr is very rude, short and condescending. Never greeted upon entry. I prefer to drive to a store further out, even if in inconvenient.

I have a couple of Bath and Body Works near me at The Orchard and at Northglenn Market Place. The customer service is always fabulous. Yesterday I stopped in the shop at 120th and Sheridan and my experience was amazing!! The staff was sooo helpful and friendly. Thank you!!

Not too busy, very friendly staff, lots of smells and choices of candles, soap, lotions, etc. I constantly get offers/deals on the app and the staff always respect the deals and help me understand them. I always get what I want/need and leave happy.
