I've been using for bellco all my financial life. And this is the worst branch and customer service I've ever received. Made me wait 15 mins to pull cash in the drive thru as I could see them all chatting. 2 tellers open but 5 people helping out 1 person at a time. Shame.

Bellco refused to notarize a document for me, even though I'm a member, and they've done it multiple times before.

I went with my sister to have her move her accounts from another bank. We were treated like we mattered and Harrison, the branch manager, stopped by to introduce himself and welcome my sister to Bellco. I've been a member for 52 years so I'm sold on Bellco.

This is my first time posting a negative review on Yelp, however, this is also the worst experience I have ever had had with a professional organization. We have a mortgage loan with Bellco and there have been numerous points of frustration. In the past 12 months I was charged a late fee for a check that was sent before the due date but Bellco misplaced (which they waived) and also another late fee months later which they did not waive. After the misplaced check, I immediately signed up for auto payment (which was very difficult on their website), only to find out that I was charged another late fee a few months later. I was confused as my intention in going paperless and using auto-payment was to not have to worry about paper bills, misplaced checks, and late fees, however, I was told that I missed a notice, sent only by paper mail, stating that my increased property taxes caused an increase in my mortgage payments. As such, my auto payment went through AND I was charged a late fee. I explained my situation to customer service, immediately paid the increased amount, went online to change my auto payment, and was told they would waive the late fee. With no communication I eventually realized the late fee was never waived and decided to spend valuable time contacting customer service AGAIN. This time they said they didn't waive the fee because I could only have one fee waived in a 12 month period. If you don't want to spend hours engaging in frustrating conversations with customer service or pay hundreds of dollars due to errors or poor communication- I would suggest you look to do business with other (very good) credit unions in the area.

Just amazingly bad customer service. Need a zero star rating. You would almost think it has to be intentional as just random chance would say it wouldn't be that bad. Website doesn't work, 30 min to an hour minimum if you call to get things figured out. Even the employees end up on hold for an hour trying to find out any info. Even when you do get through to an employee they give you info that is obviously wrong... and even dangerous.. it is just unfathomable. I didn't feel safe having my money in this CU with no way to get any info on it. They were never great, but at least in the past they had a WWW page and online banking that worked. Now all it does is say an unexpected error occurred try again later (which will most likely get the same result). I left and don't recommend this place to anyone....ever!Update: An unexpected error occurred, please try again later... Repeat indefinitely. Apparently there is an important message waiting for me. Too bad I will never be able to login to see it... unbelievable!

I like this branch better than Washington branch. Aaron has always been helpful. The last branch mgr had no problems with. The 2 ladies at the desks have always been pleasant and helpful. Their parking lot sucks. I’ve had Bellco for 20+ and wife has had them go 30+ years.

Went in for help with mobile banking and to get a new card printed and felt very welcomed even though they were busy on a Saturday morning. They helped us get everything taken care of and Jess and Mary used amazing teamwork to take such great care of us and our needs!! This will be my main branch from now on!

Would give half a star if it was available. Came in last Friday to drop off a Bill of Sale. It was fully filled out and signed by both parties. But the lady at the front desk who I left it with said she would give it to Melissa, when she's finished with her customer. 3 days later I come to find out that there's no record of anyone receiving the document and it's gone. How can a bank not keep documents properly protected and stored? If it was my choice we definitely wouldn't be working with a Bellco.
