I would give zero stars but it's not an option.
Currently in the middle of a 2+ year legal battle with the IRS/tax court because h&r messed up my taxes. Hundreds of hours of my time wasted and stress piled up because of their mistakes.
This is the third appointment I've scheduled through customer support line for nobody to even show up. Frustrating to say the least.
But hey, they refunded my original filing fee since it is was their mistake......🤡
Find a smaller firm for your tax help. At h&r block, you're just another number that nobody cares about.

They offered to look back a few years at my old taxes and they still have not told me anything or return my tax papers. Emailed with no response. Give me back my taxes papers!

There was great service while filing my taxes speedy and timely questions were answered emails were replied to in an extremely timely manner.My taxes were completed they got their portion of my taxes and now that I have not received my portion of the taxes and nobody knows where my portion of the taxes are I can't seem to get anybody to help me.I will definitely be doing my own taxes from here on out because I feel this is absolutely ridiculous the h&r block messed up and now they won't communicate with me even though they've already been paid for their services!

Wonderful staff and really friendly. Although the tax season can be a headache, they made it easy and fun. They definitely care about their clients. 10/10, go through them.
