This place used to be wonderful until they lost all the original staff and the original dentist. For 7 years my family came here. Then it was just some random dentists filling in and you can never get an appointment. I've had a credit up there for I don't know how long and they never sent it to me. They were supposed to redo a crown, that their dentist messed up, never even called me back. Very unprofessional place, very. I've started going to 80th and Wadsworth location. So far so good. I still have a crown that needs fixing from this location.

I had a really poor experience here. During my appointment, they didn’t have any of my insurance information provided to the call center. The receptionist was out of new patient charts, so he had to call around to other Bright Now dental locations to get a chart, which delayed my appointment by 30 minutes. No one told me that I would not receive a cleaning up on my first appointment. I got x-rays done and told what type of cleaning I need. The type of cleaning was not explained to me well, and this caused a whole lot of confusion when checking out. The whole appointment was a waste of time. Just don’t even bother and go to a family run dentist.

My doctor was James and he was an absolute delight - the only downside is this location is not his usual work place! The staff was all wonderful, my comfort was made top priority, and everything went without a hitch. Love the staff here.

Care is adequate, left with the same number of teeth that I entered with. My family has been overcharged and resolving this issue has been very frustrating. Are they going out of business? Open 2 days a week??? Too much competition out there to return to this office.

Dr Wolff is so thorough and kind. This place is located in a good center and is clean with a friendly staff. I had to go here for an emergency situation and I was well taken care of and super happy with my result.

I started my clear aligners here, but now the orthodontists are available so infrequently across the Denver metro locations that I've been wearing my final set of aligners for 3 months instead of 10 days. This location doesn't even have ortho anymore. I'm just trying to be done with these aligners, but I have attachments on my teeth that they need to take off!The staff have been nice but completely unhelpful. All of these locations have terrible management.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would.It basically took me 6 months just to get 1 crown and 3 cavities filled. They would call me 30 minutes before my appointment to re schedule or I would arrive to there facility only to tell me they can't do something that day. And we have to re schedule 1 or 2 weeks out.I also was given a prescription that was not even filled out correctly by Dr. Wolf. So the pharmacy could not fill it. When I called the office the girl laughed and said "I don't know what to tell you". I told her how she needs to tell Dr. Wolf and they need to personally send it to the pharmacy instead of giving me the paperwork. And she said they can not do that.I also asked many times how I wanted aligners and Dr. Wolf said he was going to refer me to spealist and I've yet to recieve a phone call from anyone.Place is always dirty.I would always be told to wear the sunglasses when under the light and I told them repeatedly I will not wear them because they were so dirty.

Don't ever use Bright Now Dental - they are cheats! A tooth fell out of my partial this office made for me. I have tried to make appointments with them that I've had to cancel or change because I fell and broke my ankle, then had a knee replacement surgery, found out I have a-fib with numerous visits to the hospital and having my husband die unexpectedly. I just went for my appointment and now they want to charge me over $200 to replace the tooth and tried to tell me because I wasn't able to come in for regular checkups/cleanings they have to charge. According to Colorado Operations Manger (Leigh or Leah) Bright Now does not have any warranties on partials or dentures. This is wrong and very poor business practice particularly for an elderly woman who is trying to deal with the death and estate of my husband. Shirley D

I’m here for what would of been my 3rd visit, 2/3 of my appointments have been 45+ min late. Right now I’ve been waiting for over 100 MINUTES for a 10:20am appointment. I had another appointment right after at 11:30, it’s noon and I decided to ask for my X-rays so I could find another provider. I am not waiting 2 hrs for an appointment I scheduled. I was never seen for any of my appointments and the dentist didn’t look like he was finishing the other patient anytime soon.This is so unprofessional and inconsiderate. Now I just wasted my whole morning, I have to spend more time finding a new dentist and I won’t have availability to schedule another appointment for a few weeks. Do not come here unless you have absolutely no responsibility or obligations.

Worst dental office! I was a patient there for 7 years before going to a better office. The staff is rude. They refuse to tell you about any claims. Although I try to leave good feedback after 7 years I have nothing positive to say. I had an unpaid claim that was never mentioned to me. When i asked questions the person I was talking to said she wasn't going to tell me. I called my insurance company they never responded to them either. I had to get the correct code for the claim. I paid the claim and after hours of being on the phone the manager finally told me. But couldn't tell me about the rest of the amount owed. Said she didn't know. This experience was awful. I reported them to the BBB and they didn't respond to them either. I at one time loved this office but it's places like this make going to the dentist so hard. And to top it off they couldn't say my name after 7 years. I called to have my records emailed to me and to no surprise I had to call back to have it done. I'm disappointed. I'm currently waiting for the claim so I can get a refund. If you have lots of time to spend on the phone and dealing with rude office staff definitely come to this office.

While most everyone was kind and good to my son at his visit the periodontist upset him very much. I had told the receptionist prior to the appointment and when filling out his records that he was autistic. She talked to only him and he didn't understand anything she said to him. He felt as if what she said was a death sentence to him. She not once came out to talk to me. He worried and fretted the rest of the day. He may look like a grown man but he more like a pre teen so it was very frightening. I hope in the future she and the rest of the staff educate themselves on disabilities and how to treat people with dignity and respect.

This location was clean and the people who work there are very nice and professional. I give it 3 stars because yesterday was my first visit and I expected to get a cleaning. I left work early and came for my appointment and the doc came in and just did a gum check. I was not made aware that I needed to make two appointments to get a cleaning. Very frustrating that I needed to leave work early again to get the cleaning done later.
