Shop sucks and lacks true managerial and leadership skills. Very little communication and my car was held hostage for almost a month. Not to mention, I had to reschedule my car’s repair date because, the original scheduled date was overbooked. What type of training goes on there? Sergio wasn’t even there when I dropped my car off or when I came to pick up because I wanted to talk with him and find out, why did it take almost a month to get my car back. With the exception of a few of the staff, the management needs to be retrained or demoted or something. I’ll never take my car there nor will I recommend anyone. Just communicate better. From jump there was an issue and I should’ve taken my car elsewhere smh. What’s funny is, when I showed up, I didn’t even have to say nor was I asked what I was there for. I was given my car key right away smh

I side swiped the fence post in my driveway as I was backing out of my garage this morning and the front bumper fell off the car. I knew it wouldn't be safe to drive the car without the bumper so I stopped in at the Caliber Collision shop on Pierce St Westminster, CO. GM Ken and his technician Adam helped me by putting the bumper back on the car. I didn't have an appointment but they helped me. I am so, so graceful to them. I will now be able to keep my medical appointments later this week. God bless both of you. So so graceful for Ken and Adam at Caliber.

If you're in an accident, it's not your fault, and the other person has Bristol West, start documenting everything in as much detail as you can. You may need an attorney and that will greatly help you as I nearly need to get one. But I'm completely grateful to Caliber Collison would very highly recommend them. Sara(h)? especially as she went way above and beyond what I feel any other shop would likely have done. After months of back and forth with Bristol West, and much help from Sarah and her communications with Bristol West, and me threatening to have my attorney get involved, Bristol West finally gave Sarah the green light to start the work. There was not a lot of damage visually, but a lot of work involved to repair the damage, and they were able to get my car fixed and back in my hands in less than two months (quite reasonable for the amount of labor hours involved and volume of other work at this shop). It took Bristol West over 4 months to finally agree to pay for the damages. Sarah's communication and patience going back and forth with Bristol West and myself was 5-star alone, and then the work they did was also top notch.

Full disclosure to anyone reading this, I did find other shops that were cheaper, but after a lot of researching for a reasonable shop, this one ticked all boxes. But you get what you pay for, and Sarah and her team definitely delivered service and quality above all.

Someone scratched my car at a parking lot and I dreaded going through the process. When the other driver’s insurance company offered me this location, which was inconvenient for me, it made even more upset.
And now I’m glad I went through with it. Sergio worked on my car and he was very professional. They also picked up their phone fast and were nice all around. Highly

I cannot speak more highly of this Caliber location. We have had a rough year with vehicles and they have been amazing at every opportunity. From the minute you walk in the door at reception, to the representative and who works on your car. They are the best people and while I hope to not see them for awhile, I will recommend this business over and over again.

My car was broken into right before my move from Tennessee to Colorado. My service agent Sergio Rodriguez was very knowledgeable and courteous throughout our interactions. He ensured that all the damage was correctly identified and estimated. He also worked with me to get the documents to my old insurance. The claim representatives from AAA-South were difficult to work with and did not provide me with a rental. Sergio went above and beyond and navigated all of that and also ensured I got my car back quickly since I didn’t have an alternative vehicle. Caliber did an excellent job with my car! Looks as good as new and you couldn’t guess where the damages were! Thank you!!

I'm at a complete loss for words with this while company in general, I had brought my vehicle to Caliber trusting they'd fix my car but multiple locations have damaged my car 10 times worse that what the car came in for. After nearly 3 months of waiting and 3 returned visits I received my car back with trim pieces broken that they already replaced and this is the 2nd time they thought I wouldn't notice the parts that were damaged or in case falling off. I really would highly recommend people reconsider taking your car to any caliber collision of you care about about your vehicle as it won't come back the same at all. At this point I think seeking out an attorney may be my only choice because I'm very nervous in the overall quality of how all the repairs will hold up after seeing how they cut corners to get work done instead of doing it correctly

I want to thank Sarah at Caliber Collision in Westminster for her help today! I did not have an appointment, but just stopped in to see what to do about paint transfer on my car. She came to the rescue immediately, leaving her desk and grabbing just what was needed to make my car look like new again. Thanks, Sarah! You made my day!
