This is a great place for your vehicle repairs. They even went out of their way to update me through the entire process. When I pick my car up they even buffed out some small scratches in the door. This was not part of the repair process, it's something they took upon themselves to correct I would highly recommend this place if you need body repair

My experience with Caliber's customer service was very positive. They helped me through trying to explain to my insurance agent what was going on. Service was completed on time (a little early, actually) and completely to my satisfaction.

Taylor, Nate, and the entire team at Caliber Collision did an outstanding job on my car—truly a ten out of ten experience. The repair work is flawless, and my vehicle looks as good as new. Sarah and Taylor were great! I continue to choose Caliber for their attention to detail and transparency, and their wonderful warranty. There are several within 5 miles of where I live but I will continue to use and recommend this one due to the excellent served I received. This branch is AMAZING. Danette (manager), Nate, and both girls at the front desk went above and beyond to help after a traumatic accident. I am so grateful to them for their kindness, willingness to help, and their guidance following a bad car crash. Cannot recommend them enough!

Sarah gave us a great experience. I backed my car into a pole and it affected the back and quarter panels. I got the car back 10 days before it was estimated to be completed and the car looked brand new. I also received updates via text throughout the entire process. They also returned the rental car we were using to Enterprise. It was a great experience all around! I would highly recommend using this Caliber Collision.
