Chase Bank, Westminster, CO. on orchard parkway.Poor leadership, poor customer service and clearly this team lacks the ability to problem solve for their customers. All I needed was a Medallion signature, clearly no one knew what to do. I gave an employee the forms needed for a Medallion Signature. I was told that they emailed to someone and that it should take 3 to 4 days to get an answer? After 19 days of calling and visiting the bank I still had no answers as to what the status was on my Medallion signature. I decided to visit a different bank. I visites the Chase Bank in Lafayette CO. I spoke with Travis the bank manager and he knew exactly what to do. After reviewing my paperwork Travis gave me the Medallion signature I needed. The whole process maybe took 20 minutes. He apologized for the other banks mishandling of the process. I left with a great appreciation for Travis and his knowledge, his professionalism and most importantly his outstanding customer service.

Carlos L was very helpful! He had so much patience for my husband and I today . I truly am grateful for people who actually care about thier customers and don’t just brush them off because they can’t figure it out . He made sure I left with a smile on my face! This dude needs a raise!!! Very respectful and helpful! I’m so happy I came across Carlos . Thanks for your patience with us today we truly appreciate your hard work !!

Poor customer service refused service because I don't have an account would not call the person who wrote me the check to verify when I was cashing a Chase check they said no Chase Bank would let me cash a check went to a different Chase Bank had no issues

We have banked here for a year or 2 now. We don’t have to go in much, but when we do they are always friendly, caring & understanding which is extremely rare these days. CHASE call center is another story however & that brings me to Carlos. Carlos stepped in to help us after our account was compromised. Carlos & his staff are the reason we decided to stay at CHASE

I came in for a certified check 25 minutes until close. I was greeted at the door and received prompt service. My ID had expired but they didn’t need me to provide one since I’m a customer at Chase. The process was quick and I was out the door.I don’t think I’ve ever had better service at a Chase location than this one. Any time I deposit checks for personal or work purposes, they’re always extremely helpful and fast.

Carolyn by far is the most difficult and rude bank employee I have ever had to deal with. When a customer is calling in regarding there account alls she would reply is "I have customers in front of me" and when I asked if I wasn't a customer she replied "not important". When I asked to speak to a manager her stated she was the branch manager. I will never return to this branch.

This has been my branch for almost a year now and I am just in awe of how they treat their clients. I was in a car accident a few months ago and came in for the first time using a walker last week. When I walked up to the door, one of the tellers came out and opened it for me, as we both looked around to see where the handicap accessible button was. We could not find it, but they were kind enough to open the door as I left the branch as well. I then found out that they reached out to their corporate partners to have somebody from the accessibility department contact me. I will only be using a walker for a short amount of time now, but I am just so appreciative of their thoughtfulness in reaching out to their corporate partners to see how I can ultimately have a better service. Thank you Orchard branch.

No public restroom. What bank does not offer their customers a restroom. That said the teller was very nice very very nice. Lady at the front had an attitude
