They give you a number to call but no one ever answers it and you can never get an actual human on the line. Their AI system is horrible. What happened to actual real customer service...

Not really people oriented; other branches are much better that way. But they have safe deposit boxes, can do medallion signatures (more strict than notary), and probably other semi-specialty things that other branches can’t.

I have been a customer for quite some time and I have never had an issue with this branch. That being said, negative comments such as the man doing yoga in front of the building, is absolutely ridiculous! Sounds like that lady was only doing her job! Also, why would you be doing handstands in front of a building? Stroke survivor or not, it’s a place of business! Therefore, the security guard had every right to do so! Also, from a medical standpoint, a stroke survivor wouldn’t be doing handstands. Brush up on your medical information and check your source. Don’t make impulsive comments about someone doing their job!

I was practicing yoga in front waiting for the branch to open, when the security guard came and told me I had to leave. I tried to explain I am a stroke survivor and meditation in a headstand is like my medication. She didn't even attempt to listen. I went into the bank and calmly closed my accounts.
I am a trauma survivor and this was not OK.
I have been coming here for years and never been treated like this.

There’s a 50/50 chance the drive-up ATM works. Went earlier today before business hours and the ATM could not accept cash deposits, check deposits, or dispense cash.

Amanda Duran is a great asset to this branch. She helped me to find important information in my account and took on this large project showing care and great customer service. I choose this branch because they put their customers first and show professionalism.

They need to add another drive-up ATM. There is constantly a line and the one they have is out of order often.

Very rude and unprofessional tellers, they always blame me about the deposit not going through. They have told me that the deposit would be faster if I would put the money orders the right way. Like if that’s not part of the position they’re in. You are the teller. I’m just the middle man here. Delivering a deposit.

ATM is always broken
