Very rude and unprofessional tellers, they always blame me about the deposit not going through. They have told me that the deposit would be faster if I would put the money orders the right way. Like if that’s not part of the position they’re in. You are the teller. I’m just the middle man here. Delivering a deposit.

I called this bank to ensure that they would have a notary in and they assured me they would and that they had over 4 notaries on staff. I even asked when I should come in and the woman said I could come in whenever. I arrived and waited for 20 minutes to be told the notary would not be available and that they could not help me even though it was time sensitive. This is why I called beforehand because I knew something like this would happen. Very disappointed and going to take my accounts elsewhere.

They lie at this location, they tell you that all customers service have appointments and can’t attend you when they don’t have anyone at their desk. I had to make an appointment 2 weeks out just to go to my deposit box. I can’t even access my items when I need to, it’s Incredible that you have to beg just for someone to help you. All I needed was 5 minutes of their time. A lady called May Lin Campusano pretty much told me that she will take me to my deposit box for 5 minutes just so I can stop complaining, who says that to their customers! That was very disrespectful! I have never been treated like that. This location needs better management and professionals that can assist to their clients in a better manner. Never had any other issue with other Chase locations and if this is the treatment in my local Chase, I will definitely take my business accounts to another bank!

Can you please fire whoever the manager is that runs this location. How in Gods name do you never have a working ATM. Only location I have ever been to that the ATM is never working. You’re a bank do your job

I had a really terrible experience trying to open an account at another branch, but then when I came into this branch, everyone was so lovely. Anjelica took the time to listen to all the trouble I’d had and was very empathetic. Chatting with her was the most fun I’ve ever had opening a bank account. And then the branch manager came over to say hello and apologize for my previous experience and then he called me later in the day to follow up! I really appreciate their attention and kindness.

Very slow service. Only one teller window open out of 6, with 12 people in line.Even a single second teller would have helped the wait time.Chase, please invest in your customer facing headcount. This is embarrassing.
