This store at the orchard has been with out air conditioner for at least 3 weeks. The machines they have in there dont help.at all. The poor staff is dying of heat (awful when it's 99° oit for them and for those shopping there). It is not ok for them to be working in these conditions. The lady that was working was so amazing with my special needs daughter but we couldn't stay long to shop because of the heat.

I went and got my ears pierced by Nessa recently & She was very professional and super friendly! Made the process smooth & quick! Highly recommend going to this Claire’s while she’s working even if you aren’t getting your ears pierced! She truly deserves a raise for all she provides her customers!

The Orchards Mall was such a good visit. I took my son and I to get our ears pierced, and it was a seamless experience. Kaly pierced our ears and was very thorough and professional. She was pleasant to have a conversation with and even made the experience fun. I was also lucky to find septum jewelry as I wanted something new. I can't say much else since this is what we came here for. That being said, the store was clean, and they have a lot to look at. I'm sure this place is a young girls dream, haha. I have a few friends with daughters, so I'll probably stop by again soon and get some gift cards for the holiday coming up.
I'd recommend visiting this Claire's for piercings, jewelry, stuffed animals, and cute backpacks..

Getting two kids ears pierced on a Saturday night & the place was packed. Amber was working the store by herself and handled the kids and the crowd like a seasoned professional !!! I was truly impressed with Amber’s customer service skills.

Came by at 11 am on a Friday, their sign says they open at 10 am but the door was locked. Lights on, but no one inside.
