Getting two kids ears pierced on a Saturday night & the place was packed. Amber was working the store by herself and handled the kids and the crowd like a seasoned professional !!! I was truly impressed with Amber’s customer service skills.

We went to have our daughters ears pierced today and it was a great experience from time we walked in from the Awesome sales agent Ray! She explained everything and was super great with my girl and us! It was super cool! Thank you Ray for being so gracious and so very nice! Kudos 5 stars! We willdefinitelybe back to this store!!!??????

The girls at this store were spectacular, went with my best friend to get her 80yr old grandma's ears peirced and it was so much fun. They were professional and friendly.

Came by at 11 am on a Friday, their sign says they open at 10 am but the door was locked. Lights on, but no one inside.
