I'm not one to complain or write a bad review UNLESS it's needed & in this case, this employee of Walmarts, has NO BUSINESS working with the public becuz she CLEARLY HATES her job & one would think after talking to her, that she HATES people & animals too! She was working as the woman's dressing room attendant. I've had this EXACT same job before & I have NEVER treated people/customers with such discust & disrespect as she did me! All i did was ask her if I could try on 5 pairs of jeans & she looked at me like I was asking her the dumbest question in the world. Then she yelled at my SERVICE dog to get away from her when she wasn't even close to that woman. When I came out holding the 3 pairs of jeans I was planning on purchasing, she immediately yelled at me asking where the other jeans were. I told her they were still in the dressing room becuz I wasnt getting those ones & she started mumbling foul things told me to GET OUT, TO LEAVE! I couldn't believe it! I just looked at her then said, what is wrong with you & she continued to tell me to get out! This lady had NO REASON to treat me so badly. She was completely out of line & she should be fired for treating a customer that way when all i wanted to do was try on some jeans.

Everything was great for many months UNTIL today. Did you know if you want it delivered to your door that may be the front door of an enclosed apartment building? Did you know that the store has no responsibility for delivery after it leaves the store? Then you must be inconvenienced further and call 1-800-walmart and speak to customer service who were nicer and more helpful than speaking to the store. Why did I not go outside and look for my order you ask... because I am in a wheelchair and can not open the main door. So now the delivery person must knock on my door and wait for me to sign for it. This is what you get for spending close to $500 a month for their groceries and $12.99 a month to be a "member"

Only thing for me to speak on is the extremely long wait time to get any help at the sporting goods counter. People were paged a few times and called over the intercom and no one showed. Waited patiently over a half hour and called the store to ask for assistance and none ever came.

I called into this location on 2/11/22 to ask a price on a certain item. Not a big deal. When talking to the lady who was answering customer service phone calls she was very unprofessional as well as rude and hung up on me twice!! The second time I called in she started screaming at me so I asked to speak with a manager which she claimed could not come to the phone. When I asked her her name she would not give it to me. Very unprofessional and very disappointed.

The manager continues to have deliveries made by drivers who smoke. We explained this makes us ill. We added notes to the account as well. This is a choice they continue to make at this location and the manager refuses to answer the phone. Go to another store.

Hey WALMART Who on earth thought it would be a great idea to use ONTRAC to ship online orders?!! Your website doesn't even have them as an option... FEDEX & UPS are there but not ONTRAC! If I had known that you were going to ship via ONTRAC I wouldn't have wasted hours trying to "place" an order.What a F'n joke. Have you even looked at reviews for this company? I understand that you need to save $ wherever you can, but ONTRAC SUCKS! Passing the savings on to your customers are ya?!That would be a lie! All you're doing is causing frustration/ anxiety to more than just me.To my point... ONTRAC claims as many reviewers had mentioned, showing package was delivered, but never received. JUST HAPPENED TO ME!WTF WALMART? Is this the first time you've heard of this issue???Oh boy! Now I get to go through hell trying to get a refund when all I wanted was what I ordered!All Walmart customers need to be aware of this bullsh*t.

Went shopping today at 1:30 p.m. Two days since Black Friday - Only 5 registers were open. What is the point? You have 15 registers in your building at least and you only keep 5 open!Management needs to be spanked hard!
