First, I love corepower yoga and the classes themselves, but customer service and troubleshooting membership issues at this specific location was very frustrating. I am a member of Gympass, which I pay $160/month for and this includes access to CorePower. I went to the studio and tried to check in for class but the app would not populate. I explained to the lady at the front that I was a Gympass member and if we could figure out how to check me in so I could attend class. She instead said she wasn't sure how to do that and we could take care of it after class. After class, she started making me a new membership and said she would either have to bill me or start my "free week". She ended up referring me to her manager who also said the same thing. The manager was even more unhelpful, kept calling gympass and class pass, and additionally accused me of showing up last minute to class when I had been there 15 minutes early, My frustration is that I already am paying for my access to be there, I explained to them I was a Gympass member BEFORE entering the class, and If I would have known I couldn't use it and would be billed I would Not have proceeded with the class. I shouldn't need to start a "free week". But instead I feel led on by false pretenses and lack of help.

This is a review of Corepower All Access membership although this is my home studio. This studio and the in-person class I took this month were lovely. However, I need access to both in-studio and streaming classes because I'm taking care of a friend who is having brain surgery. Here's my review of CPY all access:The streaming offerings are very unprofessionally produced. My Saturday 3/10/23 instructor spent much of the class reading from his notebook to know what to instruct. The sound quality in his home setup was abysmal and I was forced to quit the class before it was over because I couldn't hear him. I've asked corporate for a refund or the value of a 10 for $149 punch pass minus the one single in-person class I've taken this month. They offered me 3 punch passes. I feel very ripped off.

I understand being early to a class but locking the doors for being 3 minutes late to a free yoga class is insane

I joined CPY a month ago and its been awesome. The teachers are all friendly, motivational, and inspirational especially Lo and Donna. The facilities are always clean and the availability of classes that work with my schedule are great!

V a c c i n e only classes? I am v a c c i n a t e d but am completely against this giant overstep of power. This is segregation. There is *NO* county mandate telling this yoga studio to have 100% v a c c i n e only classes- the county is asking us to wear a mask *or* prove v a x status. People in Westminster can choose to wear a mask *OR* show their v a x papers. The fact this yoga studio is choosing to take it a step further and segregate people by requiring papers to enter a yoga class is flat out unconstitutional. To put it frankly I am extremelymm upset to see this type of thing happening, and at the fact that nobody is speaking up. I have been coming here for YEARS. If we get more v a x only classes I will be cancelling my membership, and after speaking with others I know I am not the only one

I had been going to the cherry hills location but recently moved north. This studio is smaller with only one studio room, meaning there's only one class at a time. The changing area is so much nicer up here though. Private restrooms (not just a single stall), three showers, plenty of cubby space and two mirrors for getting ready. Kris was my instructor today for yoga sculpt and she kicked my a** to say the least! This class reminded me why I need to get back into it. Sculpt gives you a lot of cardio while also forcing you to stretch throughout.. you will never leave a class without sweat soaking every inch of your body. Loved finding this studio close to home and will be frequenting often! Plenty of free street parking. Easy to find.

Great studio.....was in town visiting. Love how Corepower makes it so easy to find yoga away from home. So convenient with the many studios and time options. Shoutout to Stephanie at this location She made me feel welcomed and I loved her flow sequence. Good pace and exertion level. Thanks Stephanie!
