Brutal.
1. Took two weeks to get my truck in for tire rotation and balance.
2. Had an appointment, arrived, said it would take 2 hours for such work… kidding me?
3. After balance and rotation my truck shook violently on highway.
4. Took to discount tire to rebalance. They stated that Costco tire either didn’t balance or did a terrible job.
5. Tool on highway after discount tire, smooth as butter. THANK YOU DISCOUNT!
6. How do I keep my warranty valid through Costco if they are boi g to do such terrible work?
7. Never get tires from Costco tire. Lesson learned.

If I would have the choice for cero stars, I would select it. The service in this place is terrible, although some technicians are kind. After waiting 1 1/2 hours for a flat tire repair that I had scheduled, they told me that they run out of plugs, so someone from Costco superior needed to bring those plugs. I waited for another hour to get my tire repaired. After they finished the tire and returned my car, I drove back home, but the tire-flat-sensor never went away. I parked my car in the driveway and measured the pressure of the tire that was supposed to be fixed, and it measured 19 pounds of pressure, which the correct one should be 32 pounds. I don't know if the technician didn't fix it well or didn't put enough air. but I put some air. This happened today, so I'm waiting to see if the tire holds the pressure. What a waste of time and Efford.

What a garbage shop. Do yourself a favor and go to the Discount Tire right across 92nd. Discount is a well run store with great customer service. Brought my car in for a FREE balance and rotation for the tires I bought from this shop 2 years ago. They claimed the car was unsafe to work on due to some bent spots where the car lift pinch pads sit. They definitely are bent but every Cadillac of this era has this and it isn't an issue. However 2 years ago when they took my $800 to install the new tires this wasn't a safety issue. I can confirm this "issue" was also present when the tires were purchased 2 years ago. Funny how that works. I guarantee if I was paying out of pocket to have a balance and rotation they would have gladly taken my money and not said a thing about safety.

Had car towed to Costco tire center waited a week to get new tire replaced. Had to follow up with tire center 3 times to get tire replaced. Dave is totally unprofessional and rude to customers. I will never use this tire center again as long as I'm a Costco member. I really want to give them a ZERO. Thank you Zachary for your help.

Waited on hold for 45 minutes this morning to inquire about a tire patch on tires bought and installed at this Costco. Not only could they not patch my tire today (even though I called right at 10am - when they open - and a patch takes about 5 minutes, 10 with the hands-off setting time) the gentleman insisted that he had to serve the members in person in line first before answering questions about getting the patch or setting an appointment. When he finally pulled me off hold 45 mins later, he asked the size of the tires “on my Cadillac”. I said I didn’t have a Cadillac and he responded that he’d taken the wrong person off hold. I cut in and said “I’ve been waiting 45 minutes to ask about a patch appointment” and he said “I didn’t know you were waiting” I asked if I could get an appointment later today for a tire patch, the tire is off the car and ready to be patch. He told me that was not possible (woulda been nice to know at the beginning of my call 45 mins prior). I said I could see if my husband could do it and he said “okay have a nice day” and hung up. Did not offer an appointment time beforehand.
This is the 4th time we’ve had issues with scheduling and service at this location. For example, I’ve stood in line for over 90 minutes here before after getting there at open with only one employee serving people. My husband has had the same experience. We have never been able to call with a question without at least a 15 minute hold, often longer.
This is SO frustrating since we historically only buy our tires through Costco. This location is clearly understaffed in the customer service area of their tire center and it has been an issue for years. I’m finally leaving this review after something so simple (a tire patch and a phone hold) couldn’t be taken care of.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I set an appointment with them 5 days in advance and left my car with them the entire day while I was at work. I get off work, sign paperwork saying they changed my tires and when I inspected the tires I noticed they DID NOT CHANGE THE TIRES. They proceed to have me sit there and wait for 3 hours for them to change my tires after the fact. Nothing offered to me to make up for the safety hazard they put me through. They didn’t even give me an expedited tire switch - they still took 3 hours to change the tires. Horrible experience.

Every time I come here I regret buying tires from Costco - 2-3x the quoted time for every job. If you like wandering aimlessly around Costco for 3 hours trying to kill time then go ahead and come here but otherwise go somewhere else

Awesome customer service by Cooper at the Westminster Costco when putting new tires on both of my vehicles. Good diagnosis of current wear and no up selling. He was up front with me on expected timing and let me know the tire center was short on staff for the day. Asked to be patient. Very knowledgeable and honest with his recommendations. Great prices. Suggest keeping an eye out for promotions and ask the staff about any promotions.

I thought I was capable of putting air into my own tires but somehow I did it wrong and gave myself a flat tire instead lol. The men there are very helpful and made sure I got the tire filled up with air correctly. He even asked to drive up so they could take a look at it without an appointment. Something that could have turned out a lot worse for me, was fixed within 15 minutes.

Lies from every employee, horrible service, tire manager lied to me. Even the Costco store manager didn't care, just passed me off to the tire manager who honestly shouldn't be managing a 1 stall garage.Employees loudly talking about how if an employee disrespects them it's on.Definitely not coming back here.
