I have never had a worse experience at a pharmacy. The staff is rude, they hung up of my wife after losing a prescription. Finally they got the prescription filled. So after receiving the text my prescription was ready for pick-up I went to the store where they told me it in fact wasn't ready and to wait about 20 min. I went back after 20 min it still wasn't ready and then I was told to come back after they closed for lunch. I waited over an hour and a half for a prescription that was supposed to be ready for pick up.

Been waiting on a prescription for over 48 hours. This is really bad service. Switching to another pharmacy.

Pickup counter needs to be in a different aisle! Customers are expected to line up in the aisle selling adult diapers, Plan B, athlete's foot cream, sex toys, laxatives and everything else one would want to exercise discretion when buying. Customers that need to access those things have to do so in front of a 10-person-long line
Often takes about 10-15 minutes in line because there is only one person at the pickup counter.

Appalled by the lack of urgency and long lines here. More than one pharmacist needs to work on a Saturday. I was told it would take 20 minutes to fill my prescription. It ended up taking over an hour.

I gotta say I love this place! I’ve never ever been judged there or treated rudely and I appreciate that! I drive an hour just to go there (moved) so keep up the good work😊 !

The worst pharmacy. I only go here because it’s the closest to me. I always have issues. They have dispensed important medications incorrectly TWICE now. It’s like the pharmacist doesn’t even read the directions which is required to sell it. No option to speak with a pharmacist anymore, only to leave a voicemail and they don’t even call back. My Dr called in a script at 930am and it still wasn’t ready by 5pm. If they have to order your prescription they will not automatically fill it once it comes in. You have to call to “remind them” per the pharmacy tech that I spoke with.

I've had to update my insurance every time the past 4 visits in order for them to actually bother filling the full prescription and charging my insurance.

Absolutely appalled at the lack of urgency that these pharmacists give to urgent patient needs. I tried to have an urgent prescription transferred from CVS to Walgreens and it took HOURS!! They also do not answer the phones. I will never use this CVS again. Do NOT depend on this location!

As nice as the staff can be, they are short staffed. That mixed in with they fact you have to go inside Target makes this CVS location difficult to visit.
I highly recommend Amazon Pharmacy instead to avoid travel + standing times. Check it out!

Horrible customer service. Called ahead for prescription. When we got there, the lady said it would be an additional 20 minutes. We waited, got back in line, and she said it would be another 20 minutes. She was just lying to everyone. Will never use CVS again .

CVS on Reed Street is not a recommended location. Understaffed to a point they are sometimes not opening when they have posted hours. Not what is needed when they have your prescription and you need it. Mail order should be the default, not pick up unless you are going to staff the location
