Completely incompetent at this pharmacy, always under staffed and check out is a pain, because the cashiers don't know what they're doing. Tried to change insurance there twice, they screwed it up both times. Lines are usually long and very slow.

My mom had an antibiotic called into this pharmacy, and luckily we were keeping track of its fill progress bc it said it was Delayed and out of stock and to check back in two days. NOTHING about that makes sense; typically when a person needs an antibiotic it’s an urgent need. After trying to call them and waiting on hold for 40 minutes we decided to drive over. There were NO customers in line. And when we said we tried calling They flat out said, they never answer their phone. We asked what was going on w the prescription and they said it’s not in stock but probably in the back in the boxes and they just haven’t put it away yet. So we asked them to transfer it to the cvs in target in Arvada so we drive there and they instead transferred it to a standalone cvs another 20 minutes away. Keep in mind I’m dragging my sick mother around with me in 0 degree weather.I’m just completely baffled by the people at this pharmacy.

Major abdominal surgery. I have been waiting on a refill for my prescription for a day and a half. We go and wait in a line for 20 minutes and the prescription is still not ready. If you’re a really and truly in pain, this is not the type of pharmacy. He’s looking out for you. CVS you guys make lots of money. I don’t know why you can’t pay more and hire more people. You are not taking care of people who are sick.

DON’T GO HERE!!! I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I blame understaffing, not the actual staff members, but save yourself the trouble and find a different pharmacy. They’ll never have your medication in stock, you’ll wait on hold on the phone for hours and get hung up on, you’ll stand in line forever just to find out they don’t have your prescription ready. I switched to Walmart pharmacy after my terrible 2+ year experience with this CVS.

Terrible customer service! I know you’re understaffed but that’s not our fault. Consider that we are waiting on hold or in line for 30minutes to and hour to even talk to somebody. We’re all frustrated, the least we can do is be kind!UPDATE:Today I just wasted 40 minutes waiting in line to learn that my RX with a text saying it was ready, was not filled due to being understaffed. Maybe better luck tomorrow! Why wouldn’t you hire more people??? You obviously have the volume! I’ll do you all a favor and use another pharmacy since you can’t handle the business! This place is absolutely ridiculous! Please stop being cheap and inconsiderate of your employees and customers!!

Every time I go here I wait on long lines and they are very short staffed. My insurance demand I use cvs I will be contacting the company that picks CVS as a provider and complain. Only two people st this location they need 6. Do now t water hours like I did trying to pick up medicine.

I made an appointment here to get my flu shot done. Went five minutes before my appointment checked in online instead in the line that said vaccines. Needless to say, I ended up not getting my flu shot done because the pharmacist was absolutely rude foul and horrible. She did not acknowledge me, or communicate with me And it was my turn. She ended up calling somebody else’s name and did not want to give me my flu shot. She didn’t even look at me. She was an older lady with orange hair. I will never return to this place again

My Rx had been filled at the wrong Target so I asked them to transfer it. They said sure, it would be about 30 minute wait. I did my shopping and came back. They informed me the Rx was missing and they couldn't fill it. I had to drive to the other location anyways. If you can't transfer it, just tell me. My son's meds will be 3 hours late now.This is just my latest experience here. They always take forEVER and close randomly and have 2 hour lunch breaks??? Worst pharmacy I have ever been to, I've finally had enough and will be filling Rx's elsewhere.

Waited at the pharmacy for an hour for medication that was supposed to be ready yesterday. Extremely understaffed and not the workers faults. Pay your workers better so you don't inconvenience your customers. Treat your employees better and you wouldn't be losing business.

Like others, I would give this pharmacy a zero if I could. I had to transfer prescriptions over because of insurance requirements. Requested three times in person and online to have prescriptions transferred from old pharmacy to here- never happened in a three week period. New prescription they did not fill completely because they entered the wrong amount. When I tried to calmly and nicely explain this to the pharmacist I was told to stop talking so she could confer with her associate and she would not speak to me directly. Another cvs pharmacy finally noted the error and fixed it. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Now have to drive much further away to get prescriptions from another cvs, which still isn’t that great. They said they are understaffed- fine and I understand, but in looking at past reviews, they have been understaffed for close to a year. So something major with leadership needs to change with this pharmacy.

I have to use CVS per our insurance contract. This unfortunately is the closest one.I don't drive and have multiple serious illnesses that are life threatening without medication, and I am severely immune compromised.They took over 36 hours to fill an antibiotic. When I explained I was on immune suppressants and needed it filled quickly to prevent going to the ER with sepsis I was LAUGHED at on the phone, and the woman snipped back they were understaffed.Prior to that I needed a nebulizer for an acute respiratory illness that also became urgent. 2 days to fill that one.I have now been waiting for over 72 hours for INSULIN. It's not an optional medication, I will die without it. Every time I've tried to call there is either no answer or they are out to lunch. Apparently they'd rather let people die than do their jobs.I am angry that I have to use this pharmacy, zero professionalism and snide employees that will literally laugh at you. I wish I had ANY other option than this pharmacy.
