Just had my alterations appointment and it was the most stress free experience! My concerns about my dress were addressed almost immediately and my ideas were respected and discussed. The alterations department was so professional and friendly! They made me feel so comfortable! I cannot wait to see the finish product!!!

Paula "helped" me today .. and it was the worst experience i have ever had. I literally came out of the store almost in tears. I picked out 4 dresses and she didnt get me any in my size and she was helping someone else and literally stayed with that other bride the whole time kept asking her questions and giving her different options.. she asked me nothing and didnt get me anything that i asked for got me super small sizes...im not sure why i was treated this way but this is no way to treat any customer.

Natalie is AMAZING!! She is so helpful and sweet. You can tell she really loves what she does. I was asking to put sleeves on a sleeveless dress and she was so creative in her problem solving, talking to alterations. Helping me find the best option to get what I wanted. Rou was very honest and helpful during my alteration appointment for my wedding dress. He was fast, but efficient and made sure I was happy with all the alterations, both that I wanted and he suggested. Rou was great!
