Some customers have had good experiences with the customer service, receiving great help and friendly service. However, others have had issues with the customer service, feeling like it has become too focused on loss prevention. Despite this, many customers keep coming back to DSW because they have what they are looking for, and they like the quality and prices of the shoes. Lots to choose from. I received great help finding what I wanted. I bought 2 pairs. They were a bit $$, but the quality was so much better than the big box store it was well worth it.

This is my favorite shoe store. The best brands, classic and elegant models and fair prices. On this occasion I bought a pair of women's ankle boots, very nice burgundy color, I paid $69 dollars plus tax from the Jessica Simpson brand. The service was friendly.
