Elements Massage never disappoints! I had an amazing 90 minute hot stone massage with Angela. I went in with a really big knot in my neck and limited range of motion. Now 2 days later my neck is still feeling great and I have full range of motion in my neck again. Thank you Angela!!

The lady (I didn't get her name) was so sweet when checking me in. The place was warm, clean, and welcoming. I received a massage from Cody and it was literally the best massage of my life! He targeted the areas that were causing me a lot of pain and the pressure was perfect. I will definitely be going back for another massage from him. Then the next day I realized I couldn't find my wedding ring so I called. The lady was so sweet to go check the room and found it. The fact that she was honest and told me it was there meant everything to me. Thank you for the wonderful experience overall and I would highly recommend Elements Massage Westminster to anyone. ;)

10 minutes of my scheduled time was spent waiting in the reception area while the TWO people at the desk upsold to other customers on their way out. Then they had to check first to see if I could still have a full hour. Another 3 minutes and she still hadn't come back, so I left. That was almost 15 minutes of my appointment that I waited in the lobby. 10 minutes of which 2 clerks were helping outgoing customers. I told them not to charge me and I sincerely mean it. I called to speak to a manager who wasn't there once the CLERK got my name. I told him again not to charge me and why, in very direct language. He didn't apologize. Not once. Not while I was there and not on the phone. He is culpable for this outcome along with his counterpart at the front desk. He did tell me I cannot talk to him like that. But he should get used to it. His noncaring, nonconcerned attitude will get him alot of talking to "like that" over the course of his career.

Rude customer service. Called and canceled an appointment due to illness. Still charged for the massage on the rescheduled massage got charged again? Why am I paying monthly fees if you’re going to charge per massage?

They convinced my husband and I to sign up for a monthly plan. We were told that if we didn't use the massage, it would just roll over and accumulate and stay in the account for up to a year. I used one massage, but then every time I tried to schedule with the therapist that I liked, she was unavailable. Fast forward 3 months, and I got a notification that there was fraud on my debit card. I had to cancel that card, which happened to be the one on my account with Elements. I now received a text message that because my auto payment was declined that the three sessions that I paid for are now inactive, and that if I have a second missed auto payment I will lose those three sessions all together. I called the office and was told that that is their policy. I don't understand how, if I payed for these three sessions and haven't used them, how they can just take them away because I don't want to keep giving them my money and not ever be able to see the therapist I want to see. I am currently waiting for a manager to call me back. My advice is to beware what you are signing up for because at no point did they advise me of this "policy" when I signed up.

Not the worse place but honestly for the price, we were disappointed. I had originally asked for a couples massage. After being told this was possible we discussed what gender therapist we both wanted and how long we wanted. We chose two females and a 2 hour massage. Come day of and it starts with me being called back, by a male therapist. My husband and I ended up in separate rooms. My massage was just shy of the full 2 hours, however, my husband was called back after me and sat in the lobby about 5 minutes before I walked out so his was clearly not the 2 hours we paid for. This was not a cheap experience and at this time will not be referring them to anyone.

Me and my husband have been coming here off and on for 2 years now, we love it. Front desk staff are also so very kind and pricing is reasonable. Would highly recommend! Becky was able to work my strained back out before I went to work and it was amazing
