The outside ATM machine is always broken you guys fix it and then 3 days later its broke always unavailable it' takes your card etc can you guys please stop doing the quick fix with the machine and completely figure out the problem thank you

We have been members of Elevations for years and have been quite happy. I love many things about the Credit Union. I do want to make public a very frustrating experience we have just had, as it was a colossal waste of time. We were excited to use the Financial Wellness Tools that Elevations had online, only to find out after inputting data for the last several months and categorizing the data for the entire year, that when we went to look at the calendar year in review, January of 2023 is no longer available. They only allow you to see 11 months and the beginning of the current month so you never can look over an entire year let alone a calendar year, which is used in budgeting. I wonder who would think something like that is helpful. Elevations said it was what the vendor offered. Disappointing.

Was declined membership online, so I went in to this location and they were helpful but couldn’t give me a clear answer why I was declined in the first place, but ended up opening me an account. It ended up taking a long time and I couldn’t understand why. What’s bugging me the most is I told them I didn’t have $5 on me for the membership fee, but I was prepared to give them the account and routing number of my other bank to cover that fee. They just said it was ok that I could just use a credit card. They made it sound like it would just run as a $5 charge and NEVER mentioned they would run it as a cash advance. Because they ran it as a cash advance, I ended up being charged a fee by my credit card company that’s larger than the membership fee. The communication needs to be better because it should have been explained that it would have been a cash advance, as I would have never agreed to an advance and would have preferred to use ACH from my other bank. They also should have been explained better why I was declined online in the first place. Since they didn’t explain how the card was going to run, I feel like they should be responsible for the fee I was just charged.

Been banking with elevations since 2015. Since there isn’t a location in Denver close to me, I drove to this location to make a cash deposit via the atm and the function was broken. Hour out of my day gone. Disappointed.

I had a situation where there was an unauthorized withdrawal from my account a few days ago by a person I had worked with back 6 years . Amy Bennett was friendly, competent, and worked with Elevations main office to get it resolved, with money back into my account the same day ! Highly recommend her !

This is the worst banking experience I've ever had. Tried to use these people for a business account. First card I got from them had the wrong security code printed on it, the lady that helped me told me the real code, later it did not work for me. I made them correct the card the next visit, all good on that, then they change their app, which I got into, a day or two later it makes me try again and now I can't get access to the account. Needless to say I'm going in to close the account can't run a business with these people as your bank.

They suck. They are no longer a safe place to conduct business. You can no longer call individual branches. The call center puts in requests that are ignored.

Fast service for a Saturday but I got deadnamed by one of the employees very loudly and publicly. I get that it's easy to get cards back to people. Still hurts when I introduce myself as Reily, have it as a name on the account, and get humiliated publicly from it.One of the tellers was super nice. I am a member of Elevations Credit Union and have been for over 25 years when it was CU Credit Union. I bank at the Boulder Baseline branch. I was concerned about the upcoming digital change and how that would affect me. I spoke with Luca Pomerleau who quickly checked my account and established I would not be affected by the change in any way. He was very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. No direct line to this business elevations broomfield. You cannot call them you have to call on a 800 number. Then the person answering has to call this satelite officeI am just about ready to START OVER and begin with a NEW BANK!
