I can’t say enough wonderful things about the incredible team at this FedEx location! Nina and Rae went above and beyond during a very stressful time, helping me find the best solution to ship my belongings from Colorado to my new home in Spain. They were kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable—offering multiple options and taking the time to walk me through each one.
I’m thrilled to share that my computer arrived safely today, thanks to their expert packaging! They used plenty of bubble wrap, foam, and triple-walled boxing—it was packed with so much care and attention to detail.
THANK YOU, NINA AND RAE! You gave me such peace of mind, and I’m truly grateful for the care you took with my things. You’re absolute lifesavers!

I took my young kids into the store with me and the store manager, Nina, was amazing. She helped me with carrying my large box into the store and helped keep my young kiddos entertained while also getting my shipment handled. She made it so much easier on me and I am so thankful!

Tried charging me over $5 for a small cardboard box on a free Walmart return. Clearly some sort of lead and fluoride exposure issue. Disgraceful.

I'm unsure how this location stays in business. My wife and daughter warned me, telling me the one time they used it, the employees were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Well, I found the same. They seem to care very little. No urgency. They messed up my print job...twice. The first time I took it in around 9:50am and the 1 employee told me her manager would be in within 10 minutes and I should wait. I told her I was there physically right now and would like help right now. Guess what? She was suddenly able to take the details and I could leave. No manager required. The customer service while doing so was terrible. There doesn't seem to be any effort at being even superficially polite. I then picked up the "correction" (they had missed including 10 pages in 7 copies), came home and read one copy and found all 7 now had a blank page and are missing critical info. Do they even check their work before finalizing the print job? I need the copies today and will simply insert the missing page - no need to deal with the attitude or poor service.

Ethan was very kind and knowledgeable when helping me with my order and resolved my issues quickly. Alternatively, the other employee that I spoke with was extremely rude, dismissive and combative. If it weren't for the kindness of Ethan, I would not be using FedEx Office again.

Rae was the worst person to deal with. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. She was basically yelling at me when I was just asking for something to be shipped. She definitely calmed down and wasn’t as bad near the end of our interaction, but I don’t think I’ll ever come back here if she’s working at the store. Very un pleasant stressful experience just because of her.

Neither their one drive or their drop box printing options worked, though both were advertised on their printers. Of course the attachment was too big to email. When I asked why one employee said “I don’t know I’ve never paid attention.” Don’t bother coming here unless you’ve got a flash drive from 1999.
