The staff, especially Liz and Ally have been wonderful. My family and I put together a pamphlet for a funeral on Thursday but we didn’t get it to them until Wednesday morning. I had taken it over to a competitor and they quoted me almost twice the price and an extra day to print the project. I brought it over to FedEx on 120th and Pecos, Westminster, CO and Ally greeted me with a smile and became an angel for me. She was able to help me with the project getting it on a USB so that I could bring it in the next morning and let them print off the pamphlets for me. I just picked them up and they turned out beautifully. Ally and Liz were definitely my angels this week and did a beautiful job! Thank you for being kind, empathetic, supportive and very helpful during this very hard time. I’d recommend this store every day of the week!

I don’t even know where to begin—it was one of those days. I had just dropped off some documents at FedEx, only to realize shortly after that I had sent them to the wrong location. It felt like everything was going wrong. To make matters worse, it looked like Ally was having a tough day too—but you’d never know it from the way she handled everything.
Despite the chaos, Ally stayed composed, juggling multiple tasks and helping everyone with patience and professionalism. She didn’t miss a beat and managed to support all of us without ever losing her cool.
Thank you, Ally, for your outstanding help, for your patience, and for being the calm in the storm. You truly made a stressful night a lot more manageable.

I have both shipped and received packages from the FedEx store on120th in Westminster for over 20 years. With business packages and personal needs, I have also visited and used other FedEx locations in and outside of Colorado. Hands down, the store at 1171 W 120th Avenue in Westminster is the best managed, best staffed FedEx I have ever encountered. The people of this store, managed by Miranda, are uniformly competent, friendly, helpful and problem-solving specialists. Of course I’ve had my share of complicated deliveries like any other business. This is the finest example of how a FedEx store should be run in the entire metro area of Denver. It is well worth whatever traffic or driving time I may encounter to have my packages in the hands of these fine professionals. Highest recommendation!

Major attitude problem with the lady at the counter.She initially didn't help out with printing a label when QR code didn't work, then she skipped me as a customer in line without giving a reason. And the manager while saying that she will speak to the agent, showed her attitude as well. I understand it was end of the day etc, but there is a fundamental problem I believe across the staff here. I didn't even feel confident in the way they handled the package , which I guess is the least we can expect.

There are very few places in Westy/Broomfield that have good customer service, and I am SO glad this Fedex is one of them. I often have to print odd, one off things and they always get the job done fast and well. I went in with an annoying amount of questions about paper weight to print a memorial pamphlet for my grandfather, and Chris was so incredibly helpful, friendly and kind. I think it would have been my last straw this week if I had to deal with poor customer service to figure this out, so thank you!! Especially, Chris!

These guys were helpful printing a last minute job right before close. A bit on the pricey side just for black and white text printing, but still grateful for the service.

Trying to get a package shipped from the FedEx in Westminster CO off 120th and Huron but was hit with an associate named Elizabeth with major attitude working the customer service counter. Elizabeth acted like it was an inconvenience to assist us and the previous customer on our order. Associates with this much attitude should maybe be in a different position in the company or reprimanded.
