I like coming here second time coming. I drive all the way from englewood to send out important packages. Tom helped me this is second I get happy when he helps me because heās positive full of energy..I know Iām crazy to drive up here but some places I been to drop off things for work n these ppl seem not happy or excited to help they have attitude. Tom here is the best n Iām willing to drive far to come to this FedEx for my deliveries

2 Star because it depends on who you get to help you. I donāt trust any of the staff to pack my stuff. Thereās one employee who should just work in the back. She might even prefers it by the way she looks at you. Most unfriendly and unhelpful. āAshā is the name tag. I think other reviews also mention her. If I do go back. I would ask for someone else to help me. I tried really hard to empathize and donāt anyone to be jobless, but wish they would find a non customer related work for her.

I moved from FL to Westminster, CO in January and anytime I get a package over 20 pounds it is either left at the bottom of the stair case in my complex or at the community mailboxes. The delivery driver told me he has a bad back and canāt lift anything over 20 pounds. Iām am so confused as to why he works a delivery job and why FedEx would hire someone for that position who has physical limitations!

The staff here, including the manager need training. I came in with a jewelry item that needed $2,900 in insurance and priority shipping; the rep told me $1,000 is the most they can insure items. I showed her their own website that has insurance for jewelry up to $100,000; she asked her manager who had no clue, called someone else to get direction, and 10 mins later I'm still waiting...I left for USPS instead.

I paid an exorbitant price to get something shipped by Dec 23. It was late and did not arrive until Dec 24. When I called to request a partial refund, FedEx told me they suspended the money back guarantee from Dec 18-24. The store NEVER told me that when I shipped the package and I was told it was MY responsibility to ASK if they had suspended their policy. Ridiculous. I will never use FedEx again.

Go to another Fedex Office location. This one has indescibably poor customer service. Ashleigh is unfriendly and completely apathetic. She truly needs some training, but you can't really train friendliness. She, alone, was bad enough to make me want to leave. But, the store manager was also unhelpful and didn't care if I found a way to do business or not. There are several shipping choices. Don't choose this one.

Theyāre great!
I travelled from DC to Westminster for a conference and my online order must have refreshed and somehow come out with lamination (which I didnāt want). But they were able to accommodate my request and reprint a non-laminated copy for me.
