Fantastic place to help with passports. I went in today 12/12/23 the manager was able to take my photo and then walked me through the process. She was very patient and kind. I highly recommend using this location. Thanks for your help!!

Tom, the assistant manager such an awesome guy. We were sending a big box to Florida and he explained everything in such a clear way. Outstanding service and extremely polite and respectful. Make this dude a manager ASAP.

The people that work at this location are very inconsiderate, they close at random hours before 7pm. They won't look for your package properly and you have to constantly ask them to check again, and then after the 3rd time, all of a sudden, they find it. Find some better employees who actually care

I needed some color copies. There was no rush, however, when I saw the bill, they had charged me an additional $15 and said it was for "rush" same day copy. There was only one other customer in the store, so there was no rush. I questioned if this was a new policy. The woman at the counter said "No," that it has been a policy since the 2 years she's been there, but they just hadn't enforced it. She told me she could hold my copies and I could come pick them up tomorrow when they opened at noon, and I wouldn't be charged. Seriously?? I'm going to look for a more customer-friendly copy place. FedEx Office sucks! They've gone steadily downhill ever since they bought out Kinko's.

I will be calling tomorrow to speak to a manager. Got here at 6:40pm and they closed early and refused to let me inside. Some of us work late! The guy and girl working both saw me and told me to leave. Your hours say 7!!! I worked late and was stuck in traffic and needed my package for work tomorrow, I was so excited that I made it in enough time. Just for them to close over 20mins early.Also I was not the only one there. There were 2 people outside waiting when I arrived and another car showed up after me. We were all standing outside and they ignored us. I also tried calling inside and the refused to pick up.

Actually, this is a Zero rating, 100% of my reviews have been positive until today. Fedex lost my parents' package, no picture, no assistance in helping me locate it, then they denied my lost package claim saying "it was delivered". I have asked them, "where they put the package" but nobody can tell me. All I want is my package, even a picture of where they placed it at my parents property because then I may be able to help them locate it, but nobody can get me the picture. I think with an $80 loss, the least they could do is send a picture. My parents were so excited to get the presents. I have spent money and many hours of my time tracking the package, talking to representatives, transferred, put on hold, physically driving to a location in Florida while on vacation, filling out claims to ultimately receive a letter that my claim has been denied. Then Fedex won't even reimburse me for the cost to ship it. I will never use FedEx again and it's a shame because my Aunt retired from there as a beloved Supervisor at the Indy airport and we have always loved Fedex. They have really let good, honest, positive people down. I will only use USPS to send my parents their goodies as the postmaster in their small town assured me she will always make sure they receive their packages. Bye Bye Fedex, you lost a great customer.
