Aaron and Alyssa were professional, kind and efficient. We had a few hiccups along the way but they were undeterred and provided a beautiful finished printing product for our mission.
They listened to our concerns and worked overtime to complete our order. How grateful I am to have worked with them! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Absolutely incredible service! I recently discovered the FedEx drop-off and pick-up location hidden inside Walmart, and it’s a game-changer. The convenience of handling shipping errands while shopping is unmatched. The staff was incredibly helpful and efficient, ensuring my package was processed quickly and without any hassle. This setup is perfect for anyone looking to save time and get excellent service in one spot. Highly recommend!

Randomly closed on arrival for an hour. Completely ridiculous. If you're going to close for lunch you have to post that somewhere.

Here at 10am and they opened at 9. If the break sign is up check outside they will come in and take care of you.

Shannon, (I believe was his name) was EXTREMELY professional, friendly, and taught me all about the new system, Happy Returns. I had no idea what this new return system was, but he went through all of the details and provided a great experience for me at this FedEx location. I will definitely be using this drop off location from now on!

The man that works here is condescending, talks over you, and doesn’t have much patience for the people spending their hard earned money at this business; you know, the customers.Oh yeah and I guess he’s just there for decorative purposes only because he expects you to read fine print instead of him doing his job and explaining important details to customers about their purchases.

I called the store before coming in to ask if they were picking up/dropping off today since it’s Juneteenth and the person on the phone was very nice and answered all of my questions WITHOUT sounding annoyed or like he hated his job (which is so hard to find nowadays.) I went into the store and it was the store manager working and the same man I had talked to earlier. Again, he was super pleasant and seemed like he enjoyed what he was doing. I would absolutely return here in a heartbeat.

Hi - I've been to this location 3 times now and every time the customer service has been incredible. This is the best experience I have ever had and will drive out of my way to come here again! Thank you to all the employees that work there - they are outstanding!!! Fedex -give them a raise, promote them, but definitely don't lose them :)
