It's so refreshing to have people who are genuinely friendly and helpful in the auto industry, especially when they are the first point of interaction. Steve greeted me when my tire pressure was low and was able to fit me in when there was a nail in my tire. He was just friendly and made me feel good about going to Firestone. Something happened to the patch over the weekend and my tire pressure light came on again. Antonio and Justin were working the next time I came in and both were diligent in getting the problem fixed. They got me in before they closed for the night. I had a great experience at this location, especially how friendly they were and made me feel taken care of.

The manager Steve and the service attendant Antonio are very professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. They both went above and beyond and made my experience wonderful! This is the Firestone location I will be going to from here on out! Thank you all.

I highly recommend this store. Steve the manager is honest and professional. Antonio is also great. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner and compared to other quotes I received from other shops, they are very affordable. I will definitely have my car repairs/maintenance done at this store.

The team there at my local Firestone at the best, they not only try to save us money, they go above and beyond to make every effort to find and repair the issue.
I had a brake issue and it wasn’t an easy fix. Not only did the team reach out to us to explain what they found, they explained in detail the reason/cause of the failure of the component.

We knew we needed tires and Firestone took care of us! From the moment we came in, Antonio was extremely helpful and patient. He explained the difference in our options, showed us the deals they had so we could save a few bucks, and didn’t try to take advantage by offering tires or services we didn’t need. Best experience at any shop and we’ve now chosen this location as our first choice for our vehicles!

Got me in same day after pulling out a 6 inch screw and I was back on the road three hours later. They also did a full inspection and determined I needed a new battery. Thanks a bunch!

Not very pleased that they recommended I put a mismatching tire on to fix a flat. It was not explained to me that this would severely affect my all wheel drive. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

I would leave a half a star if I could. Brought my car in today to have a screw hole repaired. Had an appointment set for 11, wasn't even looked at until close to 12. We bought the tires and the warranty that went with them when we purchased them. Was told that there was more than one screw in the tire and that it had to be replaced. Thinking, hey this will be ok since we bought the warranty, but that was not the case. We were told that it would be "pro-rated" and cost almost as much as a brand new tire. To say, we were not happy about the experience and the I don't really care about your problems attitude didn't help with the experience as a whole.

If you're looking for good old-fashioned customer service, where the staff takes the time to answer all your questions; this is the place to go. I got luck and was greeted by the manager, Steve. Great guy. I was also able to speak with the technician, Andy, who worked on my car. There's more great wonderful things I could say, but I think I've made my point.
Steve and Andy, thank you, fellas. It was a pleasure.
