Being their customer for 20 years, never think about cancel membership with them untill now because of the teller name Tori, she the one who changed my mine, the most rude and racist person I ever met. Dont understand why 1st keep a person like that to make their customers run away!

Ive been to this location 6 times in two months and the ATM is has been down every time. FIX THE DAMN ATM!!! Next step will be a phone call, followed by moving my business to my CU.

I was having an issue with my debt card that expired, and the new one was not always working. Maggie got it handled for me. Thank you. I have been a customer for over 20 years, and the staff has always been helpful and friendly.

The people are very nice but unfortunately they don’t know what they are doing. Obviously a training issue. Attempted to open a business account and wasted over an hour of time trying to get this done. I told the teller I had questions about opening an account. Sent me to a personal banker. She was nice and answered questions. We decided to move forward. She sent me to another personal banker because she wasn’t as familiar with business accounts. Ok no worries. This 3rd employee was nice as well but didn’t have the proper training to complete our request. She even went to the branch manager for help. The branch manager printed out what was clearly an internal 1st Bank process document in how to resolve the issue in their system. That was ignored. She went back to the branch manager, who then called another branch manager for advise and once again to no avail. They told us the LLC abbreviation on our business was incorrect and we had to change it. This is inaccurate and showed a lack of education. We registered with the secretary of state and the IRS and clearly knew what we were doing. They did not. Went to Chase the next day and opened an account there with ease - business checking, business saving and business credit card accounts.

This is the worst bank I have ever been to. Most employees are super rude. They stand around doing nothing and won't help you. Then if you need to withdraw money, they need to get approval from a manager, which takes forever! One time they even had to wait for approval from another manager at another location, because their manager was too busy to approve it! Are you kidding me?! I'm not kidding. Don't go to this bank. Run from it!

Very rude, even for a two-year-old. Today my son ran to their counter and shouted directly at my son. Very angry, that is just a two-year-old child, he does not understand anything, you can call me, or tell him softly. The most important thing in life is politeness.
