Waited in line 15+ minutes to use the atm on a Saturday. When it was my turn, the atm gave me an error sign. Avoid the drive thru atm here until they fix it.

This review is specifically for Shania at this branch. In all my years of working with firstbank she has been the most helpful person I've encountered. I cant really speak on a single positive aspect of First Bank other than that. Get more people like Shania.

I am a court appointed conservator. Every year my Letters of Conservatorship are renewed by the court. There is frequently a gap between when the old ones expire and new ones are issued. During that gap, the bank is obligated to limit my access to the account ONLY instead of restricting the account or limiting MY access they completely closed the account and bounced all this old man's auto debits! There was approximately 17k in the account and they are just bouncing things. His power was turned off, his Netflix and cell phone were turned off and his homeowners insurance was cancelled. They claim they called me and I never responded but an account closure seems like it would require something in writing. It took me WEEKS to sort everything out for this man!

Worst bank in the world.
There isn't an ATM in the building
They don't cash out the platforms they've partnered with, like chime or cash app.
It's useless here. Check your next local ATM or bank.

Avoid this location. Understaffed. Long wait times. No managers ever available so you cand do more than simple deposits/withdrawals. Lots of people always waiting

Been with this bank for over a decade. Until recently I never had anything negative to say. However, the entire experience with this institution is nothing but negative. What used to clear in a day,now takes 2-3 business days. Was never charged fees for the Bloom Checking account, until recently. Now if I don't maintain $1500 daily balance, I'm told I'll be charged $15 each month. After a decade of loyalty, I'm not feeling welcome anymore. Not the feeling I want. The credit union I'm financing my car through will be tickled to have my business, and I don't have any fees there. Oh well.

WORST bank in Denver I came in 1 hour before close they had a huge line by the time I get the the counter the employee informs me they cannot help me open an count because they are almost closed??? Unbelievable I had to close my account because they are unable to provide services during their posted hours kind you I saw all the bankers just walking around killing time useless employees I’ll take my business to a credit union

First bank in general is average at best, but this location is unbelievably slow. The staff is disinterested and I am standing here at the counter writing this review. It's seriously about 30min just to make a deposit.

I have to agree with the one star reviews. I came inside to avoid the long car wait to make a deposit. Both customer service reps I spoke with were disinterested in helping me beyond making the deposit. I also noticed the mask mandate is not enforced, the pens are not sanitized between users, and there is not hand sanitizer in the lobby. Won't be back.
