First of all checking in on the app is the greatest. I have been with the same stylist the last two times she did an awesome job. The next day it even looked good.

I bought Paul Mitchell heat protection and the spray didn't work so I changed it and the lady gave me the wrong product which was a hair spray. I used it as a protectant and it damaged my hair. I tried to return it and they accused me of buying it at Walmart. In the computer shows only the time I bought but not the time I exchanged it. I gave her them a $10 tip, when she cut my hair. I have to pay for other people's mistakes and on top of that they accuse me of something I didn’t do. They don’t have a honest people there.

Was in today for a hair wash and cut
Sam is great I've been going to a Great clips for 25 yrs Sam is great I get alot of comments on my hair always looking nice I have very long hair and she does a wonderful job with my hair and in years past Louis in Broomfield cut my hair for awhile she too does a great job

If you want a bad beauty school student haircut ask for Kelly. The back of my hair is shorter than the front of my hair I have a big gap in the back and the layers are choppy and not blended in. In fact she didn't even give me a mirror to look at the back I had to ask for it before I left. Extremely shorter than I asked she cut over 6 in off! ? and not personable or communicative at all didn't know anything about the hair care I was asking about or products. She added the tip on to the bill without my knowledge. So watch your receipts
I will not be going back to this location
