Ever since I signed up for my monthly membership account, I’ve loved going here. I live in Denver but make the trip to this location specifically because nearly every massage or facial I get has left me feeling amazing. It’s my one way to treat myself once a month, and I gotta say it’s one of the best memberships I have.
I weight train regularly and need the massages to help with my muscle recovery. I also sit at a desk working from home and have a lot of tension in my upper back and shoulders from slouching.
The facials are a must from time to time, to help my skin repair and cleanse from the environment we live in and daily makeup/sweat.
Everyone is super nice, the front desk always offers a drink and you can use a heated neck wrap while you wait.
I look forward to my visits every month to this place. So if you don’t sign up for a membership, at least get gift cards from here for your loved ones because it’s a treat.

I always look forward to my facials with Chelsey every 3 weeks. She knows the particular needs of my skin, asks questions, responds accordingly. We laugh a lot at the past weeks’ foibles, and I always leave with my face feeling relaxed and refreshed. She’s the best.

My fiancé and I have both been clients of Emily H. at Hand and Stone Westminster for the past year, and we can’t speak highly enough of her! Emily is an exceptional esthetician with an incredible eye for detail and a deep understanding of skincare. She always knows exactly what our skin needs, intuitively customizing each treatment to match what we’re craving on a cellular level.
Since we started seeing her, we’ve both noticed a huge improvement in the clarity, glow, and overall health of our skin—fewer breakouts, more radiance, and that healthy, hydrated look we’ve always wanted.
Emily’s product knowledge is top-notch, and she explains everything in a way that’s empowering and easy to understand. We recommend her to anyone looking to elevate their skincare routine and truly transform their skin. She’s an absolute gem!

I’ve been a member at this hand and stone for a while, but have never written a review so here I am! Everyone at this spa has been nothing short of amazing throughout my entire time coming here. I’ve gotten great massages from every therapist I’ve ever seen here such as Joe, Nina, Ethan, Evan, etc and they’ve all been so professional and kind everytime. I’ve also gotten a facials from the estheticians Savannah and Emily, which were fantastic and have convinced me to come back for another (and take better care of my skin). As soon as you walk in the door the front desk staff is super helpful and friendly and offer things such as hot towels for your necks and drinks while you wait. Kaitlin has especially been fantastic and helpful for any questions I’ve ever had. I really can’t believe the 1 star reviews I saw when I came on here to write this because I’ve never had a bad word to say about anyone in my entire time coming to this spa. 5/5

Nina is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve seen in awhile! I always go back to see her for my massages now and she is very knowledgeable in muscle movements. The front desk ladies are always super sweet, I’m happy to have this as my regular spot.

Book my wife, a Mother's Day massage for Sunday. Got a text saying that it was now scheduled for Monday when I scheduled it for Sunday. Called they said they had nothing open except some later appointments that day on Mothers day so I said let me move our dinner reservations around to accommodate the new appointment. Called back 3 minutes later and the appointment wasn't available. you would think they'd put it on hold when I said I'll call you right back to confirm but this place is poorly run.

Their online system clearly said I would be charged the intro rate. But they ended up charging me the regular rate. When I called to let them know their online system is misleading and that I was overcharged, the woman was a real bully with a soft voice. She argued with me endlessly and made implications, saying that customers abuse this offer, she tried to overpower me in the conversation and wouldn't let me talk and said they are strict. I will never go to Hand and Stone again. This was not my fault that there online system accepted me as a first time customer to their location. Not everyone is rich enough to afford this!
Update. After I was able to speak to the manager she was very reasonable and aplogetic and credited the difference to my account. But be aware they will not give you first time lower rate if you've ever been to any of their locations anywhere in the state. Unlike other massage places where they allow you to have one initial lower rate massage at each location. They're booking system online is very misleading.

Booked an appt at 1045. Called to cancel at 12:20 due to my kid being sick, but they refused to wave a half charge fee for the appt.
So apparently they would rather you home in with a potential virus then wave a fee.

Absolutely LOVE! The hot neck thingy, the coconut water, I love this place. Finally found a spot where I can relax because they are professional. The products are awesome as well! I became a member my first visit and look forward to many more investments in my health and well-being!
