The best harbor freight!
I’ve been going to this harbor freight for about 2 years now and have never left disappointed. The customer service is fantastic, whether that when I’m checking out or just asking a question about an item. When I’ve gone in to warranty a tool it takes all but a couple of minutes, super fast and easy. I also recently got a tool box from them and the process couldn’t have been better. Arrived in a timely manner and when they were loading it into my truck they took great care of it and was super careful with my truck!

Always a different experience coming here i usually don't buy from harbor freight I'm a snap-on guy but wen I have to they always have different tools place was clean staff was helpful

This location is a joke pre order a tool box had to wait 30 days for it to arrive get a phone call telling me it’s ready for pick up and how soon I can get there to get it out of there I told them 2 days I will be coming down to get it show up to have them completely waste my time can’t get the tool box said come back in the night or another day I live over 2 hours away and am only down here for work here and there they wasted all my time to come down here for a tool box I was told was ready for pick up and to come get it as soon as I could this location is a joke when you call and tell someone to come get there took box they pre paid for and then you tell them the day your coming and they burry it behind everything they possibly can whoever is running this store is a joke

I don't appreciate being judged by my appearance. I felt a bit offended when I was unable to pay for my merchandise. My card was declined. I had to check my account to see what was goin on. Once I realized what was wrong I motioned to put the merchandise back (which was right behind me on the floor) the cashier looked at me as if I was going to steal the box. If you're not upper middle class your not welcome here at the Westminster location.

Harbor Freight always has the products I need. They have quality at different price points so I can get the tool that I need whether it's the best tool or something I don't need all the time service is good staff is polite

I’ve always been a huge fan of Harbor Freight, but this store location is what makes me LOVE HF. Nowadays, good customer service is hard to come by, but this store provides GREAT customer service. Walk around and you’ll be asked if you need assistance by multiple employees and greeted with a smile. They’re also very knowledgeable and can point you in the right direction with ease. Try and get that at Lowe’s or Home Depot! You can’t!
I stopped in for some Black Friday deals and Gary helped me out big time with some items that had sold out and got an order placed for pickup at a later date. This store puts the customer first and is what keeps me coming back! (And the coupons on the HF app) 😁
