I recently bought a pair of pants at the cherry creek location and needed to exchange for a different size. I spoke to a girl working the front desk and watched her scan the bar code for the exact item in store . She told me where I could get a new size for the exact item but when it came to exchange I had to pay $13.00 more for the same pair of pants I bought the same day. The lady claim it’s bc it was a different item but the tags were exactly the same! Adding on to my frustration the pants didn’t fit again which isn’t their fault however when I checked online before heading to the store so I can exchange the pants again the store was closed yet online the store hours says the store closes at 9 and the hours were verified by Google a month ago !
