What a joke. I needed help with an estate, and told them while making the appointment. I asked for a specific office, and went there. Nope! I was scheduled at a different office. They kindly gave me clear directions - to a place where there was no office. I was then directed to the right place. I get there, and the receptionist, who was opening mail, ignored me for at least 5 minutes. (This was in April 2024, and hopefully she has been fired. So rude! When she finally decided to provide service, she entered a whole bunch of my info, and only then did she inform me that they don’t do estates there, that I would have to go to their next level office. I gave up.
Now I’ve decided to use them anyways, so I explain what I need, and they make me an appointment on a Friday. I show up. No appointment. Furthermore, they are closed on Fridays!
Thank goodness for Dan, who was working on his day off. He got me calmed down, was extremely helpful, and put me at ease about the filing.
Long story short, go in person to an office to schedule. The people who answer the phones are absolutely clueless.
